  1. Pretty much what we're seeing. The only thing that has surprised me so far is that Tepper gave the green light to bench Bryce so soon.
  2. I went through a period of this. When I was younger I smoked like Willie Nelson. Me and my dumbass friends had this idiot savant idea on high school that if we just stayed high then no one would realize we were high and by god we pretty much accomplished it. We'd smoke on the way to school, smoke at lunch, smoke on the way home from school, etc. then I had to quit for several months to get a summer job in Rocky Mountain National Park. After quitting smoking would make me super anxious. It wasn't cool at all. These days I actually mix my "real weed" with CBD flower. This new poo is just too potent IMO. I'm not 19 anymore. I'm just trying to chill. I don't need to unlock the cosmos with a puff or two. LOL
  3. I doubt it will be for long. The majority of total THC in marijuana is in the form of THCA. That's why it has to be "decarbed" meaning heated up to covert it from THCA to THC. That's why you have to smoke it or vape it or cook with it, etc. Just go eat a bud and you won't get high because that THC isn't in a bioavailable form. This new THCA flower has just been developed to have less than 0.3% of its total THC in the form of THC. For all intents and purposes it's "real weed". I expect that laws will evolve to address it. It's just another example that most of our laws are written by politicians who have a fundamental ignorance of the subjects they're trying to regulate.
  4. This. Guard is settled with two huge investments. Sometimes with guys with position versatility it's more about team need given the roster makeup and positional value than it is where they would be maximally best suited. I mean, Jordan Gross was a very good LT but he would've probably been a HOF RT. It's just that we needed a LT and a very good LT is still more valuable than a HOF RT.
  5. I mean, let's be real... Aaron Rodgers is basically the OC. There's nothing he's asking for offensively that isn't being implemented. I just don't know why so many people were convinced a 40 year old future 1st ballot HOF QB coming off an Achilles injury was going to magically transform an offense with plenty of other problems. That always struck me as a considerable long shot of a bet.
  6. Probably not but they might as well find out. Rodgers was clearly a win now move so if your current coach isn't helping with that and you know you're ready to move on going forward you might a well move on now and hope for a spark from new leadership. I get the move. It makes sense for them given their situation.
  7. I mean, he's 20-36 overall. It's clearly not working.
  8. Just FYI Morganton is red on this but I'd honestly classify it as yellow. All the major roads are open and pretty much all the businesses that are open are going to have power. Lots of businesses are closed because they got flooded out. Just look at a map. If it's within 100 yards or so of a stream you can assume it's going to be closed indefinitely.
  9. I know they were in states surrounding CO when we became the first to legalize and I know surrounding county officials were saying they were going to be. Do with that what you will.
  10. What type of vapes are you talking about? I don't smoke at all anymore but I don't use the prepackaged vapes either. It's all dry herb vaporizers for me these days. I'd be very cautious leaving the rez with anything. The surrounding doughnut eaters will lose interest fast but decent chance it's still pretty too of mind.
  11. The Chiefs have serious issues at OT. There's no sugarcoating it.
  12. Jawaan Taylor is legit Byron Bell level terrible.
  13. I'm not Bryce Young level football savant, but I think that if you have four guys covering one receiver some other guys had to be wide ass open. Carr didn't get the memo.
  14. Mingo and Sanders should get buried in the bench at minimum. Those dudes suck and Sanders looked straight up terrified out there.
  15. I get what you're saying. You're not getting what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that number of 18 would be significantly lower if we had a decent roster because a lot of them are straight trash and would be cut on a better team.
  16. Late last week they were giving this current gulf storm a 40% chance of organizing. Fast forward a few days and it's not just organized, but Hurricane Milton is a category 5 barreling straight for Florida's gulf coast.
  17. You know you're staying the obvious here, right? Yeah, the teams with the highest number of games played per draft pick are naturally going to have late round picks that hung around longer. What I'm saying is as bad as our ranking looks it's still skewed by the reality that our trash roster means that drafted guys who are mega ass still hang around longer than they would on a decent roster
  18. It's not great metric to be honest. We just suck so bad that our drafted trash sticks around where as they'd just get cut most other places with better rosters.
  19. I think I'll get me an Israeli and a Ukrainian flag to fly from my flagpole before they get here. I'm only partially joking. It might not be a terrible idea. I assume the Israeli flag would go on top.
  20. Not sure if the scouts suck or they're just not being listened to. You can have the best scouts in the world but it doesn't do any good if the idiots actually making the call disregard them and go with their own gut call.
  21. With both the Panthers and the Heels I've reached the point of total football fandom apathy.
  22. If we could stack the box and stop the run we'd do it. You have to be able to do one or the other. But when an opposing offense can just do whatever they want and keep you off balance you're cooked. You gotta be able to take something away from them
