  1. Here's the issue. Put yourself in the shoes of good NFL coordinator candidates with other options. Are you really going to come to work for a guy who everyone knows will be on one of the hottest seats in the league next year (assuming we would retain Rhule here) with a massive question mark at QB and nearly the entire OL or would you go somewhere with more job security? Honestly, it kinda feels like you're just setting yourself up for failure. Which is why Rhule needs to be fired.
  2. Year one and year two in the same gif.
  3. We turned it over three times and we dropped three INTs. Both were critical.
  4. The opposite is true of the overall metro areas which is what I'm talking about when I talk about a "city". Denver is a small geographical city surrounded by massive suburbs. The second largest city in Colorado is a Denver suburb. Geographically, the city of Charlotte is twice the size of the city of Denver.
  5. Charlotte is stuck in no man's land IMO. Big enough to have the problems of a major city but not big enough and/or lacking on regional prominence to be the draw of a major city. Charlotte isn't much smaller than Denver for instance but Denver is by far the most prominent city for nearly 1000 miles in any direction. Charlotte has just always felt like it's trying to be Atlanta and that's kinda confirmed by how hoppin' mad Charlotteans get when that is mentioned. Of all the major cities to emulate, I have no clue why you'd choose Atlanta. fug the local proximity. Atlanta should be used as an example of what to try NOT to become.
  6. PJ ain't dumb. He's never collected an NFL check that hasn't been delivered by Matt Rhule.
  7. It doesn't matter who the pick is if Rhule is still here. This team is trash until he and his crew are fired.
  8. Thanks for the clarification. Meanwhile,
  9. Everyone moving to NC wants to be in the mountains or on the coast unless their shitty job they desperately want to escape forces them to be somewhere in the middle. Sorry, it's just the truth.
  10. Well, to be fair Charlotte has always been kinda shitty so nothing new there.
  11. If you're willingly watching a reality show based in Waco then you're likely immune to the horrors of living in Waco.
  12. They're gonna need to see some moves on the OL
  13. Any vet QB with pull is gonna nix a trade to here. That's just reality. Stafford told us that.
  14. It's the QB and OL he wanted. If he wanted actual experienced NFL personnel people making the calls he shouldn't have demanded roster control. When you have roster control, you have no one to blame for the talent level.
  15. Yay. The best front office in the history of a losing organization. Good god, we can't possibly risk upsetting that!
  16. Once Nixon got beyond the scripted plays it looked just like Brady. This team and staff sucks ass. It's past time to clean house.
  17. Have you ever been to Waco? Whatever they're paying their coach, it ain't enough to suffer through living in Waco.
  18. He'll probably have little issue getting at least a Baylor level job. He was playing with house money jumping from Baylor to the NFL. It wasn't like he was ditching a perennial powerhouse. There are no shortage of Baylor level jobs every year.
  19. I'm a UNC fan but I don't discriminate against prospects. This kid looks like a damn good LT prospect.
  20. I really hope it's just setting into him that he's a dead man walking. If OU and/or ND called, he really should've pursued.
  21. We're well on our way to our third straight top 10 pick. Tepper said he was going to change our culture and expectations. I just don't think that THIS was what he had in mind when he said that.
  22. I just hate them. Their history basically mirrors ours. We've both mainly sucked. The difference is that the couple of times they've had really good teams with a shot they've actually won it all while we've come up just short of the finish line
