I honestly think they wanted to save Corral from experiencing what just happened to PJ. They knew they were sending someone out there behind that putrid OL to get sacrificed and they chose PJ as their lamb.

We need to start calling in literally every available OL for a tryout.

Truth. By all accounts the guy worked his ass off and did everything the coaches asked of him. That's all you can ask for from a player.

I always thought this class was massively underrated. The only thing it lacked in my mind was that elite clear cut top of the draft type prospect. Other than that, seemed like a pretty typical QB draft IMO.

Im definitely disappointed. Howell was my #1 QB in this draft and that's looking pretty good. But Corral was my #2 and that's looking... well, that's looking like #2.

Pleasants makes Byron Bell look like Orlando Pace.

This OL is so bad.

Corral has had a pick six of his own dropped and another perfect INT also dropped.

He definitely looks way better than I ever expected him to. And unfortunately way better than Matt Corral.

Corral is probably the worst rookie QB I've seen this preseason.

Zappe reminds me of Heinicke for some reason. You can tell his natural arm talent is limited. Looks like he's putting everything he has into every throw.

PJ is so lucky his college coach landed an NFL gig. He's cashed quite a few NFL checks he would've never otherwise gotten.
