In terms of roster moves? Yeah. I mean, he looked absolutely awful. You really can't count on him for anything in terms of making decisions on roster moves at the QB position. If he surprises and develops into something, awesome. If he doesn't, oh well but you've already planned for that.

I think Carr is a decent QB in an awful organization. I just don't have the stomach for more veteran retreads at this point. It's time for a different approach.

My opinion always has been and always will be that if you don't have a definitive answer at QB on your roster and you think there's a potential franchise QB available, you should draft him. Period.

Gettleman's biggest issue as a GM was his ego. He always had to feel like he "won" a situation even if it meant fuging over the team. As long as he got his way and stuck it to the other party. Hitting home runs on his bargain free agent acquisitions and riding that to a SB appearance made him grossly overestimate his ability to do that on a regular basis moving forward. He was a flash in the pan.

Gettleman fuged that situation up six ways to Sunday. Literally couldn't have played that hand worse if he tried.
