  1. The Niners actually had what we thought we had which was a roster ready to compete.
  2. Fitts was right on one thing. You have to have conviction to make that move. We just made a really bad bet.
  3. Fleecing Tepper out of millions. That's very appealing. I wonder if I could get AI to write me a resume and get me a crack at it? Hell, I can't do much worse.
  4. After he failed to do anything but show up and do nothing except weigh in then refused to come out of that hoodie. Dude was probably carrying an extra 20 pounds from the buffet and tanked up with water just to weigh in.
  5. Yeah, he would've made a lot less money to still be a guy with marginal NFL talent.
  6. It's getting old watching guys show promise as rookies then either regress or never develop.
  7. I mean, honestly you're not wrong even if you're trying to be a smartass. Everything football related has tanked since Tepper came aboard. He's the root of the problem.
  8. I can't blame a guy for not showing up to tank his stock. Honestly, I don't think it would've mattered anyway. Tepper was smitten.
  9. It's honestly not. He can't help that he's 5'10" 180 with a noodle arm. There's only so much you can make up for. This gaffe is on the talent evaluators.
  10. I'm not convinced there's anything to ruin. A lot of guys that are great in college don't translate to the NFL. I've seen a handful of hopeful plays but I've seen truckloads of plays that make me think this guy ain't it and ain't ever gonna be it.
  11. There's a guy getting sacked more than David Carr in his first year starting and he's still putting up big time numbers. Some guys have it and some don't. I don't really buy into "ruining" a guy. Those guys were soft and didn't have it anyway.
  12. They talked sooooooo much poo. This is the worst version of Bryce we've seen by a wide margin.
  13. So, the change in play caller has not helped. Against a D that has given up nearly 40 in each of the last three games, at half... with a pick six
  14. I think they're pivoting to building around Howell, but yeah still shocked they traded both. Fully expected them to trade one but not both.
  15. I don't think the Commanders got enough for him and I would've traded Young and signed Sweat, but that Bears' 2nd is likely going to be among the 1st five picks on the round so it's as close to a 1st as you're gonna get without actually getting a 1st.
  16. It should come as no surprise, but the Commanders have absolute ZERO pass rush after trading both of their starting edge rushers. Mac Jones bails them out missing a wide ass open receiver on 4th and 3 out of a pristine pocket.
  17. Commanders waste a good opening kickoff return on a dropped ball on 3rd down. Bieniemy needs to remember that he can actually run the football. He's crazy pass happy. Weird for a guy who played RB.
  18. It was a weird game. The Dolphins didn't show up until halftime and the Chiefs left early at halftime.
  19. He's way better than that but I do think he's largely a product of the system and surrounding weapons. Put him in Carolina and he looks like Bryce Young.
  20. Well, that was anticlimactic. Tale of two halves. 21-0 at half. Dolphins driving to tie at the end of regulation and the game ends on a botched snap on 4th down.
  21. Find it in the stats. Last year's 12.5 sacks kinda looks like an anomaly when his QB hits has remained static. Honestly, he's been the same guy. The defensive scheme shift that was supposed to allow him to shine has produced the same guy. He is what he is. He's a one trick pony and he's only borderline elite at that one trick.
  22. Wow. I honestly didn't realize it was that bad. That's what I was telling a buddy earlier this morning. Like I get it. He has a ton of talent and a highlight reel second to none. But the Pac-12 just does not play defense. He rarely faces a real defense.
