I think sitting can help if you have the tools and need some seasoning to process things at the NFL level, but if you just flat out lack the physical perquisites you're just gonna suck.

Yikes. App is garbage. Getting beatdown by 1-2 South Alabama and they've already given up 200+ rushing yards and 3 TDs on the ground and it's barely past halftime.
