We've had collections of players who soon realize this team is hopeless so they quickly just start looking out for themselves and their career. Just get through this, try to put some good individual play on film and try to preserve the tread on the tires.

I assess that he looks terrible. His feet are all over the place so he's not ready to throw and ends up late even when he sees it. Yes, the offense around him is broken. But simply evaluating his play by itself, it's not good. At all. Will a better system and surrounding talent help him? We all hope so, but man he looks really damn bad.
