  1. Seems like a Panthers thing. Plenty of really good college players who flop and plenty of guys who peak as rookies. Show promise then flop.
  2. Ian looked like that his rookie year. Unfortunately, he's gotten worse every single year.
  3. Good. Thomas is awful and Tremble has been extremely underwhelming. Give somebody else a shot.
  4. It's been bad QB play and awful secondary play. Multiple dropped pick sixes and most of the completions are dudes running wide ass open throwing up the mailbox.
  5. Speaking of dropped gift wrapped pick sixes...
  6. Yeah, the play before was a dropped absolutely gift wrapped pick six then he gets a blown coverage layup TD right after. LOL
  7. Jordan Love has been terrible tonight. If Philly's D hadn't largely been bad he'd have a really ugly statline.
  8. It honestly seemed like they had already pretty much taken the forward pass out of the game plan by the time he went on with how terrible Max was and then playing the backup QB they clearly had no plans to play even though they were supposed to split time. If he doesn't look pretty good tomorrow against UNCC then I'll start flying the panic flag. LOL
  9. I'm not giving up yet. I wanna see what Harrell looks like prepped as the starter. He showed decent promise in the bowl game last year IMO.
  10. Fine with me. I just hope it's in a backup role. How old is this dude though? How long is he gonna be in college? My man ought to have more degrees than a thermometer by now. LOL
  11. I think he let the criticism of the AFC CG go to his head. He probably should've finished runs more aggressively in that game but the playoffs are a different beast. You have to manage the risk in the regular season. 3rd down in the 4th quarter of a close game? Okay, maybe now is the time to roll the dice. 1st and 10 in the 1st quarter? Calm down. Get down or get OB.
  12. Fun game. Likely had a helluva game but his cleat was a half size too big on that last one. Lamar threw a dart at the buzzer but damn, he blew the two layups just prior.
  13. Moton is a good RT but we've paid that man like he's a first ballot HOFer.
  14. I wanna see him try to pull it off against a pack of rabid pit bulls while wearing a steak necklace
  15. And don't touch him along the sidelines or that's another 15 yards. Vick put you in an awful spot as a defender. He could tightrope that sideline and if you pulled up he'd squirt down the field staying in bounds but if you committed to the hit he'd step out of bounds and get 15 more anyway.
  16. Ronald Curry. That Achilles ruptured completely changed him as an athlete. He was the #1 ranked recruit in football and basketball. Won the McD AA dunk contest and I can't recall him ever dunking a ball in college. Achilles tears eventually ended his NFL career where he actually became a pretty good WR and had one of the best TD catches o can recall. I think he ended up having three total Achilles tears. Speaking of anatomy, something had to be going on there. Played at UNC with Peppers.
  17. Didn't make it past that. Couldn't take anything beyond that seriously since Baker has a very good NFL arm. None of his struggles have been due to lack of arm.
  18. Oof. Based on that Minnesota game last week, the UNC QB room might be saying "hold my beer" though.
  19. I can't believe how UNC is getting its stars back and not losing them to the portal. Maye should've cashed that check. Omarion Hampton should've cashed that check. I'm selfishly happy they didn't but if they were family I would've told them to cash the check. Football is a brutal sport. Every snap you take could end in a career ending or career altering injury. Return on a subpar team and you could see your draft stock take a big hit. Making it to the NFL is no guarantee even as an elite prospect. I just don't think it's ever a good idea to turn down life altering money now in the game of football.
  20. It takes real effort to have the worst cap situation in the league and still have one of the worst overall rosters in the league, all this accomplished with a QB on a rookie contract. That's truly special stuff right there. LOL
