  1. No. Definitely not. Elite starting OT >>>>> good slot WR/gadget player. I would've loved to have kept Samuel, but not at that price.
  2. They drafted Davis Mills at the top of the 3rd. I don't think they'd have any interest in Darnold. Might as well give Mills a look and see what the have there.
  3. If the Texans were willing to accept less that would make sense, but the Texans are pretty much writing a textbook on how not to handle a sticky situation. So far, they've pretty much chosen the dumbest option available at every turn and seem committed to stay that course.
  4. Any team that would give up three 1sts and more for Watson before his situation is fully resolved is really dumb. If the Texans are going to hold firm on their asking price, then they're going to be holding onto Watson for quite some time.
  5. If we had Cam in his prime right now, we'd be talking SB aspirations if the OL could simply be average. Our offensive weapons are elite. Our D is young and talented.
  6. I don't think he'll be traded until his current "situation" is resolved and maybe his suspension served. That would be ideal for the Panthers letting us get a good look at Darnold in the meantime.
  7. Well, this thread has completely derailed.
  8. You mean @iamhubby1 was blatantly incorrect? The same guy who barely grasps the English language? The same guy who claims to be trolling and thinks he's getting under everyone else's skin then accuses another poster of being a narcissist for thinking his own posts might be getting under the skin of others?
  9. So triggered you evidently forgot you quoted and replied to that post twice. Keep thinking you're the one getting under everyone else's skin because it's hilarious.
  10. Looks like someone is in the midst of another meltdown. Interesting to see from someone who considers himself so cool, calm and collected while thinking everyone else is emotional.
  11. Which is why it should always be the goal. Without Cam, our 15-1 SB team would've been a .500 team.
  12. It's just that you don't see to have a good grasp of the English language. You clearly misinterpreted my last post that was very easy to read. English is either a second language or... well, I hope English is a second language.
  13. Is English a second language for you? You sure do struggle with it.
  14. At being logically inconsistent? Yeah, I try to be.
  15. I wish you had the self awareness to realize how much trash you talk indirectly about the Panthers while upholding yourself as the ultimate fan. You're basically insinuating that their division is trash while we would be tied for last in that division for winning seasons since our inception. We have the fewest in the NFC South too since it's inception in its current form in '02. Just not a whole lot of reflection going on before you throw shade at other organizations for having a history that shines a lot brighter than our own.
  16. The division they play in... Vikings: 13 winning seasons since '95. Bears: 8 winning seasons since '95 Lions: 7 winning seasons since '95 Reminder, the Panthers have 7 winning seasons since '95.
  17. They compete year in and year out. Period. They're aren't many organizations that Panthers fans can look at and laugh at. The Packers certainly aren't among them.
  18. The Packers compete year in and year out. They have a total of four losing seasons since we entered the league. We have a total of seven winning seasons in that same timeframe. I wouldn't say they're the absolute gold standard either, but they're certainly one of the better ran teams in the league.
  19. Ask Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson. Then again, the Lions are one of the worst ran organizations in the NFL and the Packers are one of the best.
  20. Everything makes sense now. We just stumbled backasswards into the Huddle's own version of the unifying theory of everything.
  21. Yep, this has fully devolved into a tweedle dee and tweedle dum circle jerk. This is like watching anti-vaxxers high five each other.
  22. Ahahahaha!!! Yeah, the guy you accused of dreaming about our coach getting fired is a homer. The guy who you two think is "obsessed" with our current QB failing is a homer. You can't even keep your stories straight over a couple of posts.
  23. This is why it's difficult to take you seriously. As long as someone agrees with you, you encourage them. They're to stick to their guns, never give up, never surrender. If someone doesn't agree with you, they have an obsession. It's fine to disagree. Hell, it would be awfully boring if everyone agreed. There would be nothing to talk about. My only issue is posters like you and @SBBlue who take disagreement personally. It's okay to be positive about Darnold. Hell, I hope y'all are right. I hope the Jets were such an awful organization that they just made Darnold look terrible. But the white knight homerism just isn't necessary.
