  1. LOL Imagine embarrassing yourself like this to simp for some other team's 5th round rookie.
  2. To enjoy a Panthers game it's important to bring your poo eating grin with you.
  3. Well, at least we haven't resorted to selling poo shaped pretzels and telling fans it's meant to be our logo, but maybe we should look into it
  4. Yeah, outside of the TD drive there wasn't a whole lot to be hopeful about. I mean, even the starting D benefitted from Shedeur missing a couple of throws and a receiver cutting off a comeback route half a yard short on 3rd down. It was more about the Browns failing to capitalize than it was about them forcing stops.
  5. So you think 32 teams colluded just to hose Shedeur Sanders in the draft? For a self proclaimed intelligent person you consistently make the lowest IQ arguments. LOL
  6. No one gets "hosed" in the draft. You get drafted where your perceived worth is. Just more emotion based arguments from you, per usual.
  7. We'll find out if he plays in the regular season. Watching y'all slobber over this dude because he played well against our camp bodies after looking like a JAG against our starters and primary backups is just embarrassing.
  8. We didn't learn anything new. He held the ball forever, scrambled around, and found some receivers against subpar completion. It was just an extension of Colorado. We already know he can do that. We don't know if he can play QB in the NFL when games matter and teams are game planning for him to try to do that.
  9. I'm saying he didn't look very good against actual NFL players and started liking good when he was playing against guys who will be working at the Amazon warehouse in a couple weeks. It's not that hard to decipher.
  10. Okay. All I'm saying is that we consistently look incompetent on the field so don't be the least but surprised if that continues into the regular season. Maybe we break that trend this year but... I wouldn't bet a dime on it.
  11. Norman was getting 2nd/3rd round talk. Thornton was a potential late round pick. Both guys slid considerably due to poor workouts. Norman to the 5th, Thornton out of the draft. Thornton also played four seasons at UCF before a super senior year at Louisville.
  12. Yeah, so far so good. I hope he keeps it up. I'm just addressing the bewilderment on how he went undrafted. In terms of pure athleticism measurables, he's a bottom of the barrel athlete for an NFL CB. That has to have played a huge role in him going undrafted.
  13. Of course he should be. Injuries and roster issues aside, when you field a historically atrocious unit you probably should be fired, at minimum on the hottest of seats.
  14. Haven't heard much about him out of camp, but yeah we paid him to be an impact starter and that's what we need out of him.
  15. His 40 time would've been the slowest CB time at the combine and pro day times are notoriously faster than combine times. His 10 yard split would've been 2nd slowest. His vertical would've been the tied for 3rd lowest among CBs. His bench reps would've been the lowest. His three cone would've been the slowest. His broad jump would've been tied for 4th shortest. His shuttle would've been tied for the slowest. There's no way to sugarcoat it, his pure athleticism measurables are very subpar for an NFL CB. Now we're going to find out if he can overcome that on the field. I'm happy about the reports out of camp and he had a promising first preseason game but we need to pump the brakes a little bit here. Crowning him possibly the best Panthers UDFA of all-time after one solid preseason game? I mean, c'mon... LOL
  16. On the contrary, he can flip you off with his other hand while preparing to knock the hell out of you with the big hand. LOL
  17. His workout numbers really hurt him. Teams probably looked at these athleticism measurables and simply saw a guy that they didn't consider an NFL caliber athlete.
  18. Through one preseason game, Shedeur is 13th in passing yardage, 16th in completion percentage, and 20th in passer rating with few starters playing. The way a lot of people and the sports media is acting you would've thought he was the clearcut best QB in the preseason but he's actually very middle of the pack. Just keep in perspective y'all. He struggled against starters and primary backups and played well against camp bodies who won't be on a roster in a couple of weeks.
  19. That Trevin Wallace grade is concerning albeit with a very low sample size. Like it or not, we are likely heavily counting on him this year.
  20. If you punch a man wearing a football helmet in the head you just failed an IQ test.
  21. It would be fair to classify comments openly cheerleading an opposing player playing well against our camp bodies while ignoring that he played nowhere near as well against the guys who are likely to be on the final roster as "jackass comments".
  22. My statement was true. You not liking it doesn't make it false.
  23. Nic Scott sucks. Ultimately though, coaches oftentimes play guys who suck but who knows their system and will reliably fill their role even if they're performing their role poorly. They can point to the tape and say "see, it'll work if we upgrade this position". I just wish more coaches realized that their job is to ultimately help the team win, not provide proof of concept of their systems.
  24. Jacksonville is really screwing up if they're legitimately trying to use him heavily both ways.
