  1. Could be. Who wants this losing ass train wreck for their team though. Better to start from scratch.
  2. I miss JR, I loved him. He once sent me a hand written reply to an email I sent in congratulating on making the SB in ‘03 and thinking him for bringing us a team. No one ever specifically gave details of his alleged racist slur., I will not condemn him without the evidence, Typical of the way certain factions operate - they impugn and manufacture outrage to get a goal accomplished. I didn’t realize at the time it was to get a globalist billionaire into their club but on reflection I believe that is what was behind it, I was really sad for him having to finish out his life under that shadow, and having his prized possession and accomplishment taken from him. Maybe he did do that stuff. But NO Proof has been given that I have ever seen. And if he got mad and said the magic word, total cancellation is too extreme. It was ginned up because they wanted him out for their own selfish reasons. NFL owners I mean. edit: I soured on Ron. Really got stale. Ditto with Fox, he revolted in ‘10 and did a poo job to spite JR and we are the ones that suffered. So fug him. I was real happy with him before that, as a coach. Hurney started with the trading future 1 rounders, and I am as opposed to that as anything they could do. So, I liked him as a personality but no you cannot do that Marty. Gettleman had a good 1st draft and talked good about “putting the proper value on the player”, but I came to really dislike him. But the defensive tough guy, especially ex players that have that respect, I miss that and we need that.
  3. I felt like when he did finally start to stand tall in the pocket and step into pressure to make the throw, it wasn’t likely to last long because they would concuss him or he’d break something. Damned if he does, because of his physique, damned if he doesn’t because, physique. He just isn’t built for the next level. People don’t have to be happy about it but damn, at least look at reality.
  4. When they put Dalton in he reminds people of what NFL arm talent is. He is washed and still puts Bryce to complete shame. Almost everyone sees it. We have a few biased and irrational Bryce supporters that cover their eyes.
  5. He has demonstrated that if you don’t call it he will do it on his own in 1,5 seconds.
  6. It’s a closed shop, they got their guy. He just doesn’t have anything around him.
  7. You know what though? Same players didn’t do that two weeks ago. I don’t know what the means but that happened.
  8. And get trotted back out there for not just weeks, but entire seasons
  9. How good would you be, as a first time thrown into the fire HC, with a mandate to play Bryce Young? Edit: Knute Rocne and Vince Lombardi would look like idiots.
  10. Nah, Bryce will throw a 20 yard bomb here soon against prevent and we will be irrational haters again.
  11. If he was 7’3” would he still have a poo NFL arm and poo footwork? That is the real question.
  12. Thanks how I felt. I didn’t have eyes on the future draft but I was so against everything they did. I didn’t care about trendy offensive play callers. Everything that was going on I was overruled. I could see this coming with Bryce, and obviously it was going to last three years minimum. Please make it fuging stop.
  13. No we had to fix Bruce and want to be an offense focused team. Modern. No old conservative tough as hell defensive coaches. Like, we didn’t go to two SBs with them
  14. Well. Parcels is just a hater and he is irrational and biased and and and and
  15. I didn’t read everyone’s comments but I read the article. Canales apparently needs to tighten up his signals so they can’t be stolen.
  16. You feeling okay? Lol if we do I’ll send you $100 just for saying it.
  17. When he started playing a little after his benching I noticed something else he had addressed. His nutsack lol. He had been playing not get to get hit. Andy was a great teacher through example. He stood tall and stepped into a throw when he knew the hit was coming. And it was a big play downfield. It was like the clouds parted and here is your opening. Andy showed the way. I saw Bryce finally do that and he made a play. It struck me then that he had learned he better sell out if he was going to stay on the field. Stand his ground and step into it. He was skittish and retreating fe pressure again in the first two games this year. I understand being gunshy - when you are his size and weight you are going to be on the receiving end every time. You won’t be delivering blows. But that is an essential component to him winning plays. You saw what happens when he tries to throw off that back foot or falling away. He can’t get away with that. It ia a tough row to hoe but it comes down to if you want to be the man that is the life of a QB. And then the footwork of course which is to me, glaring when he abandons the adjustments they have seemingly made to his form. And also obvious in the results when he adheres to it. It is like the lights come on colors are brighter, everything is better. Those are the two things I took away from his successful return last year.
  18. But we are irrational. This type of constant unrelenting pushback has only abated when Bryce got benched. And some the first two games this year. If he reaches mediocre to average play here it comes again.
  19. Wilks was never going to get the job in the first place. Tepper had a hard on for what we have now, and obviously he was a visionary lol. Wilks didn’t fit his profile. Wilks may have had trouble putting together a good staff for 2023, honestly, but what he did in his 12 games was done without any of his people, and a short handed staff. He did a great job overall in tough circumstances. Said before, I never was wowed on him as a DC, he fit better at the top, like a highly motivating administrator or something. It is strange but people have these niches that they can excel in, certain jobs or skills. I think that leadership thing is his. And being a DB position coach, he was really good at that for us.
  20. I think Stew was underrated. I think Chuba is about properly rated. And I don't mean that as a knock; he gets it done and I won’t criticize him. I never liked Stew’s chronic foot or ankle issues but he was a load. I think I would take Stew in a close call.
  21. I feel like the league is forcing this globetrotting - which I do not like fwiw - but they have so much money why the hell don’t they just provide two planes for teams to make the trip on? They wouldn’t even miss he money.
  22. I thought of that too. He may be intimidated. In a situation like that it is important to just to be who HE is and play his game and not try to be the other guy. But that takes confidence.
  23. I told you I do not need to see redundant videos, there are two plus years of videos in my memory bank. Ans better, I watch the games. Closely. The diagnosis is in, has been in, and I believe in it. Pretty obvious poo. I am only pointing out his issues and pointing out what he must do which is duh, get on top of his footwork. Failing to do that reduces his opportunity to succeed. IF You watch his footwork without bias, just look at it, and and I don’t mean just the days he was executing… and if you can’t see what I can see then we have nothing to talk about. Sometimes he does sometimes he doesn’t. I have never claimed that was an easy adjustment, if isn’t. So it is an obstacle or a challenge for him. I have said I do not believe he ia NFL level but I also have said that I can see ways he could be moderately successful but he has to do his proper technique and they have to run that college offense or adapt it to the pros. Personally I hate that shot it bores me and isn’t NFL worthy Thatvisnptobably my biggest bias. I don’t enjoy that brand of football so much. Anyway As far as on here I am mostly talking with like minded people here and of course the non like minded people want to jump in our poo when when we criticize. That’s been a constant since befere the draft. I really got no beef with you until you start casting that personal shade with words like credibility, and bias and assuming my motivations when you don’t even know me. Maybe you want to put me on ignore.
  24. Someone I think maybe kungfoo but anyhow it was characterized as Reich fuging with Tepper basically. It was just a few days ago I think in one of these recent threads. And it never happened again.
