Panthers Select Xavier Legette WR - Pick 32, Round 1

He can throw a slant though. This guy has the YAC, some speed and power that I have not seen in Mingo nor Marshall. -

My skepticism is on the QB, it all stems from him. He has to be brave enough and good enough to throw the ball into a smaller window. This guy will fight for the ball and has the tools to win those battles. And he has the body and speed to advance the ball once he has it. -
I am no Fowler fan but this is funny. Tepper needs to suffer for what he has put fans through. He ruined at least few years for me all by himself.

According to Legette, Panthers will draft Legette at #33

They Lied! -
As far as giving up the overnight break and essentially being on the clock.... those QBs were gone, takes away the potential.
-
I mean, why? Someone was trading ahead of us for Legette?
-
there is a link up there that says 141 was the price
-
Uhh what is this?
-
I am starting to consider a scenario that trading up a little from 39 might not be crazy.

And people buy those lenses that adjust to the light.

That was OB

I hope Tepper is in suffering hell at 8PM for what he did.
-
They softened us up by warning us, so we had all week to know they were gonna majorly fug us. It was kind of like when they set your day to show up to do your prison term. You know, Thursday, 8PM
-
So that is us, and who else?
-
Me too.

Why is no one considering double dip at WR?

We are top heavy with WR experts on the staff now. HC and OC are both plenty experienced, before you get down to the position coaches. You’d think they could coach a couple up. -

Yeah, I guess. That water flowed under our briodge and straight upstream to Chicago. If we had kept it, it probably wouldn’t be the 1st pick either, so there’s that too. You’re right. -

Tomorrow we can commemorate the brilliance that gave our 1st rounder away, and at the same time turned it into the top pick. One fell swoop. Maybe it’s two fell swoops. -

For one thing, do you guys think we are gonna be some shootout survivors? Or do you think we still need to limit the other offense? And why don’t we let the new management decide who is in play at WR, that is here already? I expect a WR to be taken. I still hold to the idea that our QB doesn’t recognize or can’t execute NFL open. It is an issue he needs to get straight. But, I get it and have no issue with 33 or 39 being WR. If later on we think we can make a great bet on a guy that was overlooked, fine. But let’s don’t pretend the defense doesn’t need to get buttoned up and if there is a top talent, deal with it. -
Bryce Young ready to get back to work, grow as a leader

Young definitely needs to drill hard for a month at the least.
