  1. Well you know, that ain’t my list but argument’s sake, wasn’t Daniel Jones a scout team player last season at one point? Wasn’t Baker that here at one point? Surely there will be some kind of path out of this, if ‘we’ decide want out.
  2. The constant competition is something most positions go through but it seems like the QB is coddled . Like you, I prefer players prove it every day. Competition is like some kind of growth serum.
  3. If he is replacement level but you can’t find a replacement.. so you just pay him? I am surely hesitant I actually do like him as a person and the best thing would be a magical transformation. 10 games left for that.
  4. That would definitely be a change. If the team manages to be competitive throughout the schedule then there is more interest in their product. Nobody cares about any of those feel good articles when are winning 4 games a year.
  5. Bored. WTH. Let’s get on the same page, and understand the gravity of the charge: AI Overview A heinous person is someone who has committed acts that are shockingly evil, wicked, and morally reprehensible. This term is most often used to describe people who have committed extremely cruel or inhumane crimes, such as murder. The word "heinous" is formal and implies that the person or their actions deserve to be hated or met with contempt. Meaning: Extremely evil or wicked Examples: A person who commits a heinous crime is one who commits a horrific or monstrous act.
  6. That or maybe he needs a round ball.
  7. They can bounce pass. Maybe that is what Bryce is thinking sometimes.
  8. Abs you can bet he and his ex teammates will discuss off the record too.
  9. Cool. That 1st section on what the C does is why I felt like they did take the C in round 2 of 2024. They didn’t want a rookie with Young. I hope we get one. And we need to keep taking shots at guards so maybe we can avoid the extreme contracts for them down the line.
  10. I mean saying all that stuff is on the level of mostly peaceful. With stuff burning in the background.
  11. Point guard. Makes people better. You just trolling us.
  12. Fewer sacks would correspond with more running plays. Who knew?
  13. I think if the verdict is nay on Bryce (and you don’t have great options) what you need to do is find his replacement level. That shouldn’t be that hard and would be cheaper probably. Basing it on if you can’t upgrade at least don’t downgrade.
  14. This is true. Except when it isn’t. I mean he is not consistent. He does a lot of the same stuff he was soing in 2023. Hate to say it but I see it. That is what I mean by internalized. It is not ingrained in him and he randomly goes back to his bad stuff - gets rattled or something. Over something. I don’t t know what triggers it but it all juat flies away and you have the plqykng scared afraid to get hit Bryce. Bails early. The failure footwork comes back, the whole deal. That is why we have to hope he plays all the games so we can document where he really is at.
  15. Are we not in year 8 of Tepper with only misery to show for it? It is hard to criticize people for impatience. But we are going to have to find some more patience.
  16. I am not unhappy with either Dan or Dave at this point. I know some are. I was unhappy that Young needed so much propping up but understand that whoever was in the GM job would have the same marching orders. Said I wouldn’t judge them for last year and this is on the clock. Can’t say I am down on either but I think Canales has the harder job and will probably ly need more patience.
  17. I might argue about how fixable his mechanics are. Since it is year three and he has still not internalized the corrections. It isn’t easy to fix the degree of wack he has displayed.
  18. I wouldn’t be opposed to an under the radar type deal where we are looking to next year as part of it. Maybe someone teams are overlooking and the price is right. Rentals for this year? GTFO.
  19. He said “don’t tease me”. I will give you poor taste. But heinous?
  20. You’re right. I guess I was looking at it like we don’t have to sell out hard to get some help there. With the way DB creates havoc I would think an inside backer that was a strong blitzer could be a weapon.
  21. Really? Wow. I guess they will see if that aggravated anything before deciding. If I were in charge, even if I loved his game, I would be looking at maybe having him active but as the backup for a game. Or emergency QB Personally I really want to see Andy with a week of reps behind him, based on what that looked like the last couple of week 3 games.
  22. It is like he just can’t be bothered with that stuff. But seriously, rebuilding your entire physical operating procedure is so difficult that very few can do it. You have to get it in you so deep that you don’t think about it. Most people fall back to their comfort zone at the biggest moments. Because it worked for them up until ‘now’ and they don’t have to think about it. You would think people would know this but here we are. His so obviously wack unorthodox mechanics screamed to me that a rebuild would be necessary and that the single biggest reason I was so opposed to taking him. It plays out all the time. He is in and out of what Canales tried to train him to do. That’s what the emphasis on 1 2 3 plant throw was about last offseason, as much as it was about getting the ball out quicker. But it is all connected. You just can’t get the ball out that fast with his old routine, slows you down.
