  1. Yet is actually is a victory that he is willing to throw it. I honestly think Canales might have threatened him if he kept checking it down or throwing it away. Go down the field with the ball and let what will happen, happen.
  2. I had a feeling about this game. I have watched the Saints three or four times this year, they aren’t the team that beat us down game 1 anymore, at all.
  3. He can do everything right except throw it right. 100% effort is a bad throwing plan. Always be inacurate.
  4. He caught that one. Just let it be taken away afterwards. Somehow.
  5. Well it will be interesting to hear about that one. I tend to think Legette’s hand was a factor.
  6. So, that whole series took the same amount of time as our one running play before the two minute warning.
  7. Saints missing their corners aren’t they? Well, you are supposed to take advantage and they did. Cool..
  8. Please get him out before people decide that he can improve to bottom third of the league with another season.
  9. Okay, please look up the actual size of Drew Brees. When you do you will realize, I hope, he is as close to the prototypical size as he is to Bryce. In the middle. Comparing the two off of their size because Brees is as small as Bryce.... it is not a real thing. Stand a 6'1" 205-210 lb guy next to Young and see what that really looks like.
  10. Some sweet spots by position even UDFA. 18% from the 1st round is higher than I would have guessed for guards.
  11. He actually said that 10 people in the world could make that down the left sideline throw. He left out whether it was one time or every time. I will say he hung in there and made a couple of throws that I have not seen from him. The hanging in part. So, good. But he is not staying in or stepping up in that pocket nearly enough. OL though, they gave up too much pressure.
  12. I am looking for the joke that I know is in there.
  13. Exactly the type of thing he would have done here. The excuse people were stannin’ so hard claiming he would have looked just as bad. Just not true.
  14. Especially the part where they think the Jets are the ‘worst team in football’.
  15. Hope she has a great day. Good for you for taking her.
  16. You have to view everything that was done in 2024 through the ‘eliminate excuses for Bryce Young’ lens IMO. It only makes sense that way. If you allow for that, you will see that Diontae fulfilled his purpose. and I do mean everything. Draft, FA, all of it. And what was not done…. Same.
  17. Great minds.... I just basically posted that same thing. And yeah. I think NFL Europe was what they should have kept going. Warner, Jake, and probably others came through those teams. It gives them the global presence they have such a hard on for but keeps the talent here where it belongs.
  18. They want the easy path. That's what this stuff is. No one is placing enough of a premium on traditional QB play, so they don't worry about it. 'This play is designed to go to this guy. If he isn't open run around until he is, or just take off and get what you can.' sums it up.
  19. It takes time. Brady was talking about the colleges dropping the ball. NFL has too long relied on college. MLB has the minors, and college. In the minors the organization can set up a consistent approach at each level which you don't get in college. The push for athletic QBs has really changed things too. If a guy can run around and over people and throw a decent pass then you want him to touch the ball every play even if he can't read coverages.
