It's an organizational problem
Selltheteamtepper replied to LinvilleGorge's topic in Carolina Panthers
Even if it was Tepper(it was) his yes men(Fitterer, Morgan, Nicole, etc) got to go. We need people in this organization that will actually stand up to him. My fear is that he will just fire people those people though. I have a feeling that’s why McCown and Deuce were fired. -
Players on this team worth keeping?
Selltheteamtepper replied to TNPanther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Anyone else ready to just trade everything to one of these top 5 draft order teams for CLT kid Panthers fan Drake Maye? Some of these top 5 teams don’t need a QB… Redskins, Titans, Cardinals. What would it cost? What would it cost? Will Pick 33, Burns, Brown, and our 2025 1st do it? -
McDermott reportedly wasn't the biggest fan of Cam

The Bills are a top 5 offense every year. Be real. -
He’s not even trying to hide the fact he is.

LuVu won’t be back but he’s definitely worth keeping. Moton, Burns and Woods too. But that’s literally it. -

I love Cam, the energy he brought to the team. But Cam only had 3 winning seasons in 11 years. We ran a vanilla offense for most of his time with us. He was never part of a top 10 offense bc he was limited as a QB, He was never a pin point accurate QB who could execute precision timing routes from a pocket. We leaned on our run game, and simple reads. He also wasn’t a player who would stick around after hours and grind tape, he had a life outside of football. Josh Allen never leaves the facility and runs Erhardt-Perkins, the most complex offense in the league, Same offense Brady and Manning ran. Cam would not be effective in that offense. This is coming from someone who has paid for his family to meet Cam before. Just very different QBs. -

? We got to be honest, Cam played with heart and the fans will always love him but he did NOT have Josh Allen level arm talent or understanding of the game. He always had kind of a slow clunky delivery, and never improved on his progressions. We ran kind of a simple power run/single read system during Cams 3 good years. He had the best defense in the league and a top 5 line those years too, we were essentially the Eagles. Allen’s team is all old and slow.- 123 replies

Tepper gave Miles Sanders, an 2nd contract RB who was never explosive, $27 million. I was looking back at the draft we took DJ Johnson at the top of the 3rd. 3 of the next 4 skill players hit. Spears Archane and Wilson. We could have gotten an actual explosive offensive player for 4 years on the cheap. It’s really unbelievable mismanagement on the FO side. -
Who we should have drafted? (Sarcasm while crying)
Selltheteamtepper replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Disagree, we would have lost a year of development, the reset would have needed to wait another year and you just don’t get much time in the NFL. We should have just drafted a kid who’s pro ready with legitimate NFL tools and developed him. In an alternate universe where we just don’t make any trades the past 2 years we could have Levis, CMC, Moore, Thielen, and be in a position to draft MHJ and have the most explosive offense in the league for the next 5 years. -
Pepperidge Farm remembers when journalists last offseason were writing glowing editorials about Nicole’s football acumen and crediting her with all our personnel decisions this offseason.

Offensive Line Is Main Priority
Selltheteamtepper replied to restNChrist's topic in Carolina Panthers
QB is our biggest need, followed by interior line. Young is putting the line in bad spots and making them look worse than they are with sloppy footwork, an inconsistent drop back, holding the ball, not being able to throw over the line when they get pushed back, scrambling too often, not throwing the ball away; hes honestly a nightmare to protect. That’s why the Russini report focused on Young’s footwork. This is more or less the same line we had last year. Do you really think they regressed this much? Or do you think the QB change caused it? Let’s be honest. -
Have you read the anonymous scouting reports from prior to the draft? They panned Young. I wouldn’t be surprised if Tepper was the only one in the league even considering him.

The players clearly liked Frank Josh and Duece. They all got a raw deal bc Tepper decided to draft a child to play professional QB.

We should have kept CMC, kept DJ Moore, kept our 2024 1st, and drafted Will Levis at 9 and let Frank develop him. -
He’s ended 3 careers, probably more bc no one on this team has any market value any more. I’m convinced this team isn’t even all that bad and wins 6-7 games with Frank and Andy.
