FYI, on the marketplace today there are 485 listings representing 1,183 seats -- that's up 18 and 47 respectively from 2 weeks ago. However that's down 365 and 949 from May of 2022. In the grand scheme of things the PSL ownership base, which exceeds 60,000, is very sticky through thick and thin -- and there is no shortage of newcomers in Charlotte who want to get involved and these days they can do so on the cheap!!
