  1. He got to see Bryce in live action week 5, so if he chooses Washington and on of this years top QB’s it will be an indictment on Bryce
  2. His accuracy seems more of a limitation than arm strength, but that could be because he’s trying to throw too hard. Stroud took like 3-4 forward steps into his bomb last week, I don’t remember Bryce doing this all year. He has to roll out to have time, and you’re taking away half the field by doing that. roll out to moton’s side or the play is dead
  3. Ideally, I agree. But the reality is the line won’t hold up for long developing plays, but you can mix them in. None of the good free agent WR’s are coming here, so have to make salad of as best you can. If the linebackers creep up the TE will be open in the seam
  4. I think the most important is an OL and TE. Feed that fugger all day in the seam. Go 2TE with Tremble, under center, mix in power runs with zone reads. If it so happens that the OL is holding up well in pass-pro open the playbook up more.
  5. Trey Lance looked a lot better than Bryce in his limited action, but his ankle got destroyed and he had multiple surgeries. Its probably toast
  6. Tepper will be scraping the bottom of the barrel unless he’s paying 50mm per. Why anyone accomplished would want a talentless offensive roster and a veruca salt demanding owner? Maybe a few dinners with Bryce can close a deal with Ben J
  7. Qb’s drafted #1 by moving up in draft: Steve bartkowski jeff George mike vick jared goff bryce young Any of them worth it? Maybe Vick for his legs. Bart and George didn’t hit their stride until years 4 or 5, had a couple good to great seasons then fizzled. Bryce will probably be similar.
  8. The media and fan base should completely turn on Bryce and give him the Zach Wilson/Rosen treatment, it will accelerate his crash and burn or rise from the ashes and everyone can move on quicker. His leash will be a choke-chain next year. It’s clear from this year playing did not help his development so there is no longer an argument for playing your lesser qb.
  9. Neither are worth 20 mil let alone 30 per. But I think Moton restructured to defer a lot to 2024-5
  10. Burns is better than Moton, and Moton is getting $27 mil the next two years
  11. For me, it more the way they are handled and “produced” like a 90s boy band. All the hype to get them there by their producers, then they bomb or are realized for the talentless hacks they are. They get paid a lot of money for defrauding the public and deserve to be roasted.
  12. Similar offensive production, not styles of play.
  13. Darnold’ had a great start to 2021 and decent end of 2022. Similar to Bryce, but he adds rushing td’s Bryce can’t seem to muster. Not good enough to build around so they went for Bryce, and got essentially Darnold without legs. If you can’t laugh, you’ll cry
  14. He’s special ed pre-snap, and completely lobotomized during the play. Next year will be no better roster wise, unless they can sign a Calvin Ridley or Mike Evans and an OL. But every team needs that so all that’s left will be scraps. Bryce needs to turn sack plays into 3-5 yard scrambles instead of waiting for trash wr’s who won’t be open unless it’s a broken play
  15. Rosen won 3/13 and had more production. Lawrence could run and outproduced
  16. My original statement was he is the worst Qb in the modern era. Not the worst stats although he is up there if not in the pole position. You aren’t going to throw 17 ints with <10 air yards. Common sense. Wins, production, stats all factor in.
  17. Tlaw used his legs more, and a lot of his int’s were deep throws. Not good by any means, but how their offense moved was night and day to this year’s panthers. Bryce would have had 3-4 more picks if he could throw a hail mary
  18. Makes Bryce clearly the worst modern era rookie qb ever considering he had a full training camp as the 1
  19. So not getting training camp reps as a rookie and being thrust in is meaningless? Rosen wasn’t as bad anyway, had more td’s and won 3 games
  20. Rosen nor Clausen were the qb1 starter going into their seasons. Got put in because Matt Moore sucked or got injured (can’t remember), sam Bradford sucked or got injured and Rosen came in. Neither was a messiah.
  21. Yes, but my point was no modern Qb has ever been as bad. Terry Bradshaw was the worst ever but no point in going back that far, the game is changed. No one in the last 20 years had a worse offensive production from the Qb spot that played an entire season than Bryce.
  22. The only way my mind is changed is if it comes out tomorrow that Bryce was playing with a torn throwing labrum all year. Short of that, he is literally high school option qb without the option ability
  23. David Carr may have actually been better, no hyperbole. Scored some rushing TD’s and threw the ball downfield.
