I mean we did buy the publicity. But it’s short lived. Once the season starts if we are good, we are going to get publicity. If we are bad, it’s going to be like everyone other year for us.

I can only believe this partially becaus for two years in the NFL he suffered from the same issues until the Bills went out and got him a true #1. Then everything looked a lot better.

Richardson is going to surprise folks when in the NFL his completion percent is way better in the NFL and not be this horrific drive killer some are projecting him as.

We won 7 games and just missed the playoffs with 0 QB play last year and a coaching change. We are getting who we believe is the best QB in the draft. This is the most excited I have been since the 2016 season after the SB letdown. This should be the staff, and QB, that finally changes our losing ways and gets us back to back winning seasons and multiple playoff appearances.

My opinion was that hating to lose didn’t stop us from losing. And be honest with yourself, by the time most of these folks get to the level they are at, part of it is because they hate to lose. That sounds like a major cultural problem or a curse.

Where are you seeing the stat he has the best release throwing the football in this class and speed of getting the ball out of his hands? One of the things he is praised for is not giving up on plays and hanging onto the ball while scrambling looking for something to open up. Which is great in college, for his running speed, but we will see how well that translates to doing that against NFL defenders.

But it changed nothing, really. Because of Ron. Cam could hate losing as much as he did, and he was very visible about it at the podium after every loss. But at the end of the day that losing culture absolutely did not change. I love Cam. To this day he is the only autographed NFL jersey I own. But Ron is the reason the culture didn’t change around losing while Cam was here. It’s good to have your best player hate it like Cam did, but without the coaches and ownership hating it just as much, if not more, it doesn’t change. Ron was a let down. Hopefully Frank will be that guy for us.

Sometimes people pick Tuas over Herberts. Getting drafted higher just means you were a higher rated prospect that specific draft by one specific team at least.

I’m always guessing it’s the kid that goes to the best organization. Sucks for the kids that typically go first overall or second.

They were breaking down athleticism during that segment and then they sidebarred into where the guy on the right had them rated overall. There’s no way he would have rated Stroud ahead of Richardson in terms of athleticism.
