I don't think he has a job worth saving. They need a offensive minded coach in Chicago. Look at this game. The Bucs don't have an elite offense. Flus is calling the defense today. He is a defensive minded coach. They gave up 30+ to the Packers in week 1 to a QB who completed just over half his passes. He isn't the guy to lead this team going forward.

I don't understand why the Bears, or really any team for the most part, in 2023+ is looking to hire defensive coaches as the head coach. I want an offensive mind. I wasn't sold on the Colts coach but it looks like he can make an offense that supports a QB and doesn't make it hard on them. Eberflus probably shouldn't have been the hire. Especially if the defense still looks this bad.
