What’s your 2023 QB big board (including Corral)

I’ve watched him throw. -
Yeah I think that’s a wrap for now.
-
I tried to delete it within minutes but you guys were too fast.
-
Not verified.

Nobody was going to trade for DJ. You’d need to move multiple high end picks for him.
-
Steelers I don’t know. Bears makes sense. It’s a piss poor free agent class so their 125 million in cap space doesn’t help the wr room. It’s about developing Fields.
-
Apparently it’s his guaranteed money that’s holding this up.

Mooney
-
Massive upgrade over Pringle, St Brown and Harry.
-
Is he though? Fields works with Mooney. Is Mooney significantly better than Claypool? I don’t think so. Claypool is significantly better than everyone on the team outside of Mooney. This gives Fields two starting caliber WRs in the NFL. Claypool has gone over 850 yards two seasons in a row. How many Panthers make it to 850? Only DJ.

I’m not sure I see this as an L. Fields gets a weapon and the Bears weren’t going to pay Smith the money he wanted. They had half a year left on Smith and a year and a half with Claypool. Next years Bears team will have Mooney, Claypool and a first round WR to go along with 125+m in cap space for defensive help.

Bears are all in on Fields development now. Both sides win.

Bears have up a second
-
Bears get Chase Claypool
-
This is what you are seeing with these Bears moves. This is the sign they are all in on Fields as the guy. The offensive line will be where they spend money and the draft will get them two pass catchers and more help on defense. But offense is going to be their focus now they feel they have their guy.

It’s his own fault. If he had an agent he would be signed long term. Representing himself worked against him there.
-
Just one more and he’s gone to the pros.
-
He’d be in year 3 at UNC and there would be no competition. Maye would have been told he’s sitting this season and Stroud is going pro after the season ends and it’s your job from here on out.

2nd and a 5th

Bears will now only have to make decisions on extending Montgomery and Mooney now. And they have all the cap space in the world to help build a team now.
