I just think it 100% is silly talk to compare him to Cam more than Allen when talking about college play style and production.

I agree with you. If he was still there in the 5th or later I would pull the trigger if we didn’t get a QB earlier in the draft. The talent is there.

This is, again, silly talk. He didn’t run today and he was fine. And if you think hes the reason we haven’t been winning this season, by bringing up our record, you are not watching the games.

He isn’t about to be honest. He is trolling. He doesn’t need to turn out to be a god. He just needs to continue developing. He has great wheels and a strong arm. He throws to guys who will not play on Sundays, behind one offensive lineman who will play on Sundays. He threw for 400 yards today throwing to his #4,5,6,7,8 WRs today. And 5,6,7,8 had basically no action at all before this week. He has better legs and a stronger arm that most of the other QBs in this class and combining the two he has the best “tools”. If you think you can develop him the ceiling is higher than the other guys in the class.

Josh Allen had one game passing where he hit 300 passing yards and 60% completions his entire junior year. Allen had 1 300 yard passing game. Allen had 3 games over 60% completions. Allen had 3 games with under 100 yards passing. Richardson plays like this. You are being ridiculous trying to compare him to Cam and it’s a slap in the face to Cam. Cam was something truly special in college.

College Josh Allen is much closer to college Anthony Richardson than college Cam Newton. And it’s not that close.

I think it’s the injuries he’s had every year and previously he’s gotten some really bad tape. Lots of guys end up going from East Coast to West Coast a la Minshew, Penix, Nix, Jacob Eason and put up some really great numbers, just to name a few. I think scouts are typically very picky when it comes to guys like that. Seems like a trend where guys can’t stick at their current school, go west and light it up.

I spoke too soon. OSU gets a strip sack TD to extend the streak of beating everyone by double digits.

I think he’s snugly into the second round stock. I don’t know what he could do to really get himself into the first round after the last four seasons.
