  1. Not that I disagree because I agree on most prospects… my concern with him is that he’s started so many games for a top school and he’s worked with some good coaches at his level that he shouldn’t be anywhere near as inconsistent as he is. From a consistency standpoint coming into the NFL he’s far behind the other QBs and likely needs even more time to get his fixes in before he can worry about other things.
  2. Their running back was like 5th in the SEC in total yards, wasn’t he? Texas AM as a team averaged 5.5 yards per carry in the SEC. That was the best. They were also third in rushing touchdowns. They were 9th in the SEC is passing yards per game. 2nd in rushing yards per game. Their offensive line only gave up 7 sacks all year. The next closest was 16 sacks given up. Basically their offensive line dominated all year and their run game, efficiency-wise was the best in the conference at 5.5 a clip. They leaned heavily on their run game and ran more than they threw. Not sure where your saw they passed more.
  3. Very Oregon heavy draft. Love the 222 pick.
  4. How many of them are Kyle Pitts?
  5. I’d like to see Darnold throw to DJ, Robbie, other Moore and CMC and possibly have Sewell blocking for him or you have Pitts added to the mix offensively. Better than Teddy.
  6. He won’t be available when we pick.
  7. Don’t think Atlanta is going to want to trade down at all and risk losing out on Pitts
  8. Holy hell this was hilarious.
  9. He. Was. Carried. By. Outstanding. Pass. Catchers. Look at the Bowl Game against Oklahoma. A mediocre game would have gone a long way to dispelling that. Instead he had a horrific game and looked like Sam Darnold seeing ghosts.
  10. Any two? Give me Fields and Sewell. Thanks.
  11. It’s not hate just because we are backing up what we are writing as to why he worries us. As far as Dak, Dak was better and more consistent on a lesser team than Mond. Dak had 114 TDs in 4 years. Mond had 93. Mond also had more turnovers. Dak had better yards per attempt, yards per rush, and more total yards. Across the board Dak was a better player.
  12. If Fields is there you have to take him.
  13. Pitts, Grimes, Toney are probably the guys he was watching.
  14. This man done summed it up. And if they aren’t in that top four I’m not really interested at all.
  15. Mond has 20 games with a completion percent under 60%. Even this year in his breakout year against an awful LSU team that played no defense all year he went 11 of 34 for like 100 yards. It’s not like he battled for a job. He started way too many games in college to be as inconsistent as he was. And their recruiting classes while he was there were some of the best in the country and SEC. There’s no reason for it other than he’s an ultra inconsistent player.
  16. He came out hot and tailed off midway through the year. Their running game made a huge difference in their overall success this year.
  17. You haven’t watched him as much is why you don’t understand I guess
  18. Watched him for what equates to three and a half seasons of college ball. Would not bank on him ever being consistent enough to be somebodies long term #2.
  19. Oddly enough, Grier started out as a Gator before transferring.
  20. I love this kid. I love the Gators. He just showed the worst deep ball in this class.
  21. I would 100% take Sewell over Lance for sure. I’m leaning 50% that I’d take him over Fields. Id 100% take him over Pitts. The main guys I wanted for us going into the draft process was Fields, Pitts and Sewell with Sewell and Fields likely being gone before 8.
  22. If Sewell is on the board you pick him. If he’s not you pick your Fields or Lance depending if either are there. If they are all gone and you can’t trade back grab Pitts.
  23. I like the Observers first two picks better.
