When you say anti-social where does that come from/what have you seen? I felt like he'd probably been showing more of his personality, but I'm also not as tuned in to some of his newer projects.

Newton definitely was let down by others during that Super Bowl; we had momentum going down the field so many times only to turn the ball over. We see especially in these 2025 playoffs where those turnovers end up being the difference.

lol yeah that's one thing I didn't love about our draft at all. We picked Brooks who was coming off of a Torn ACL and was a gamble to even picka RB that high. And Legette who was a known body catcher with limited sample size from college. Both of our picks were a little too based on potential for us to be so bad. We need a few guys that are ready to step in asap. I guess every rookie is based on potential, but some guys are projects. We can't afford any projects.

Why no QB Sneak by Bryce for 6 TDs!

I want us to keep Evero, I feel like we gave him a horrible foundation, and then it became full of injuries. Along with a historically bad offense that couldn't keep them off the field at one point... But lately something about the fact that it's the worst in HISTORY makes me feel like the coach has to take some accountability. In franchise history cool...but NFL HISTORY??

I could see us missing the playoffs or barely making it; but we should at least be deep in the hunt next year. The year after that we need to make the playoffs. Especially if Canales has had time to get his players that fit his system. If Bryce is at QB, he has good weapons, and the defense has been retooled. Those will be key.

Nah I'd say based on doing a re-draft he's at least a Round 3 pick by now probably. I just looked and he's the 11th best Rookie Receiver in yardage lol. Out of boredom I looked even further. The 10th WR Pick last year was #35, but the 11th was #52; so he'd be up there lol

Haha I do love to see a win as any fan. I think even just outside of me wanting a higher pick, I want us to have higher capital so that we can trade back if we need and get a bigger haul.

I've been thinking about this too, and it would hurt not to get a top #5 hopefully generational talent; but I'd love if we could find a Future HOF and another Pro Bowl caliber player by trading back in the first. I don't think these prospects will warrant a team desperate to trade up though, I hope I'm wrong.

I'm happy for both guys; whatever is working for them is working well. I absolutely don't regret letting them both walk after watching their performances here.

I wonder if it will help him progress faster having an NFL training staff, and ownership focusing on his health and their investment. Rather than him having this injury coming out of college.

I wonder if there's anything deeper going on with Diontae personally/mentally, that Ravens situation was pretty weird. Hope he's good.

The Bryce trade was dumb in hindsight. But I and many others were happy with the potential of that trade and Bryce. Rejecting Brian Burns for two 1st Round picks...only jerk him around is one that I get pissed at randomly and often.

I watched highlights of the Abdul guy the other day; and that guy can MOVE. If we can get Luke, Dan, TD, and Shaq to put him under their wings....oh boy, we'll have a new great defensive QB.

After seeing us reach Super Bowl 50, I came to the conclusion if you can have a great OL , a QB can work magic with any WR core especially if he's decent. WRs can't be covered forever. So if you have a good system, anything above an average QB, and the time to get them the ball, you have a great chance of winning every week.

I think Bryce was a victim of bad coaching, a bad team, and allowing those to create bad habits. You can watch any of his college tape and see that he'd launch the ball and make some great plays. Out of nowhere in the NFL he became a Checkdown machine. It was almost as if he was afraid to throw more than 15 yards (on top of not even having the time for it.) Something about that benching has led to him letting it rip, which opens up the field a lot more. The line is playing better, and there's a swagger that he has now. That's the largest difference I'm seeing in his game.
