It's laughable to include interim head coaches. EVERYONE wanted Rivera fired before Tepper even touched this team. Tepper has hired 2 coaches total. Half this board was riding Reich and wanting to move on from Wilks as much as half of y'all will deny it. Everyone was ticked he gave Rhule 2 1/2 years, now everyone says he fires people too quickly because Reich was obviously a crapshow. I think he's done a terrible job, but I'm not going to throw out ridiculous numbers to prove that point.

Get Belichick and let him stabilize this franchise then retire. No, BB won't win us a Super Bowl, but I'm confident enough he can stop this downtrend. We HAVE to get this next hire right, we have no draft assets or major talent signed for long term. Belichick is the safest option if he's available.

Burns was definitely worth the #16 pick. Brown and Horn was stupid and we didn't even need them at their position when we drafted them.

Starting to think Matt Rhule wasn't the problem here. I believe he said himself Tepper told him he wanted him to take his time and use the whole 7 years, and that's why they didn't make splash free agent moves, only to get fired for not winning enough. Rhule pulling his weight around and clashing with Tepper was the only reason he didn't tank this franchise sooner.

Ran a 65/35 Pass/Run game plan with a rookie QB who struggles passing.

It's a combination of Bryce Young sucking and coaching. Young has more pass attempts then the team has rush attempts, he's a rookie QB (who very well may be a bust). This team should've ran the ball 40-50 times today, we don't even have 30 rushes.

Frank gave Bryce the starting job in minicamp and didn't even make him beat Dalton in TC. He definitely is to blame, he was given Dalton for the reason that Young may not be ready day 1.

Won't matter, he's probably getting a year long punishment minimum from the NCAA and the NFL has already insinuated he's not running to get around it.

He might not have a large multitude of choices when the NCAA throws the hammer down on him. Winning franchises won't touch him.
