I can't....Canales was asked what needed to happen in the 2nd half and all he said was be better in 3rd down in both sides of the ball...Agreed, but what about the other downs and your QB's ineptitude Dave?

Guys, I just can't understand how Bryce has seemed to truly regress...I mean, he could get it to Theilen occasionally last season and ended with 1000+ yards, but it seems Bryce can no longer get the ball to ANYONE except backs and TE'S with -1 to +1 yards from the LOS. My flabber is truly gasted.....

We actually look like an NFL team today.

As posted on the NFL forum, I had a dream the Panthers start 2-0. My dream should clearly be the catalyst to stoke your enthusiasm.

That the Panthers start the season 2-0. At the very least, that gives us 15 more games to have a better record than last season. OPTIMISM!

Some of what I can't understand here is WHY do we continue to do what clearly is not working, and when something does work, we go away from it? It's clear the receivers struggle to separate and lack speed, it's clear the O-line is awful, it's clear that Bryce has positive traits as well as issues to clean up (he needs help and experience and I'm not jumping to judgements on Bryce because I don't see ANY QB being able to do much in these surroundings. But what is most clear is the offensive coaching incompetency and what to me looks like a COMPLETE lack of discipline on BOTH sides of the ball. The constant penalties all season and these personal fouls today...what the fug....

I'm personally conflicted on what this team should do, but our current situation over the last handful of seasons has shown that we CANNOT draft very well, so is trading picks really the worst thing?
