I’m 40 now and wear a Panthers hat every time I leave the house. I also rock a Panthers face mask most of the time, and am currently wearing a Panthers coat, too. Also my shoes are Panthers blue. Ride or die, betch! For real though... gatekeeping hat wearing is kinda strange. As far as NE colors. They’re close enough. I have few cheap 9Fortys that are my go to, I also have a 9Twenty that’s all black except for our logo. The blue is just a shade more radiant than it should be, but it’s definitely close enough.

If it is such NO BIG DEAL GUYS to you, then go ahead and go everywhere in your F150 without a mask, or lick toilet seats for all I care. Evolution will take care of you. But if you do go out without a mask, know that you're being passively violent. And if someone takes it upon themselves to call you out on it, and/or defend themselves from your assault on common decency, then you deserve it.

If we stopped dumb people with dumb opinions from posting, you would have been gone a long time ago.

So the argument against wearing masks is that it is potentially only 10% efficient? LOL Would you rather have 10% of a million dollars, or 0%? Great, big brain logic going on here. Wear a mask of some sort so your dumb asymptomatic ass has at least a 10% less of a chance of spreading A VIRAL PANDEMIC. I'll wear my mask so I can also have a 10% less chance of catching it from all your mouth breathing ass, and combined we can potentially cut the risk of A VIRAL PANDEMIC spreading by 1/5th. If you argue against mask wearing, you're an insolent toddler. Just like the President of the US. If you see someone not wearing a mask in a public place, punch them in the face just like you would a Nazi.

I fell down a YT rabbit hole this morning and now this is my favorite band atm:

We went to a local IGA store last Tuesday night. Most of the meat was gone, all of the bread and toilet paper, and lots of the other consumables were noticeably hit. My wife went to our local Walmart yesterday morning and was there when it opened at 7 am. She said it looked like Black Friday with people literally lining up at the doors. When the doors opened, people took off running to the toilet paper aisle. She was getting a pack for her mom (we're good on it) and they had employees on the aisle telling people they could only purchase one pack. She saw several people going through self checkout with more than one pack. She was otherwise mainly there to get our typical weekly/biweekly/once a month groceries, but she said it was straight up crazy how many people were there and how they were acting. Yesterday evening, we stopped by a local Food Lion on a whim while we were already out to see if they had a couple things that Wally world didn't have. We got most of what we were missing, but holy poo had they also been hit hard. Most of the frozen food aisles were barren. A lot of the shelves on the other aisles were slim pickings as well. People have lost their goddamn minds over this. Y'all stay safe out there. How long before we see bands of raiders start hitting neighborhoods? lol

My sister and brother-in-law are getting tested as I type this. They've had mild fever/shortness of breath/cough/general fatigue. I just came off antibiotics last Saturday for a "severe ear and sinus infection" and, after a day of finally feeling like I was getting better yesterday, I've been feeling pretty crappy again today. Feverish, post-nasal drip induced sore throat, body aches, and upper respiratory tickle/cough. This is exactly the way I've been feeling most days since November. I'm still sticking to it being here even way back then. If I don't feel any better tomorrow, or if I notice further decline in my condition, I'll be trying to get tested as well. I'm hoping it is allergies, but it has been going on since before spring allergy flare up, and I've never had allergies make me feel this cruddy.

I know there's a bunch of Tool/NIN fans here. Y'all should probably check out Code Orange's new album:

I was talking about this post. Maybe it wasn't fair to you because I can't recall your stances on wealth hoarding and M4A at this point in time. But as soon as you mentioned this, a Super-Mod showed up threatening to move it to the Tinderbox. I just thought it was really convenient, and maybe I should have quoted said mod alongside you. My B.
-
Oh, I'm sorry. I should have posted some useless snarky link about people running out of toilet paper. Again: STFU, Chud. You contribute relatively nothing to these forums. Especially after we ran you off the Tinderbox.
-
How can you apply this logic to this situation and then get all offended when people start talking the political/societal impacts of wealth hoarding and the US not having M4A?
-
haha you're fuging Hank Hill.

No. We know the flu. We expect it every year. This is new, and still a relative unknown.

Really dude, you gotta lay off a bit. This is literally you right now. I don't panic much because I have always believed in being prepared for anything. But at this point you're almost acting like people shouldn't be vigilant or at least pay attention to this.
