  1. Let’s let Canales the QB whisperer revive Daltons career!
  2. If they’re not giving up 6th then this needs to be some sort of three way trade where we end up in the first round so we have that 5th year option.
  3. Tepper likes him and trusts him…for now. The theory makes perfect sense Our best hope is he gets “promoted” to a position where he doesn’t deal with player personnel. As long as Tepper is still on board with Young, he will also be on board with the guy who helped guide that decision.
  4. Until proven otherwise, Tepper is stubbornly focused on figuring this out for himself. Am I happy he is taking accountability because his hires failed? Or maybe he realizes his interjections have failed? Maybe I’m just happy he feels something instead of being content with failure.
  5. It could be an indication that Fitterer was the main reason we drafted Bryce. Not to say Tepper didn’t voice his opinion, and after that dinner furthered his belief that he liked Young better… But in Fitterer’s press conference after the draft indicated he was all about Bryce a few years ago. If Tepper is comfortable moving on from Fitt, it would seem he is comfortable moving on from Bryce.
  6. Can’t imagine being able to sign Burns, Brown, and Luvu. I’d rather spend the money on Brown and Luvu.
  7. Only thing to look forward to is adding some needed protection and weapons to the team and wait for 2025 for the next qb. Hopefully that comes with Tepper realizing he needs to gtfo and a new gm that is worth a damn….Unfortunately Bryce doesn’t physically have the tools, unless he starts juicing.
  8. Just looking more and more like we are gruelingly riding out the whole “Tepper learning how to be an NFL owner thing” rather than a team rebuild. If Bryce is a bonafide bust, perhaps that helps Tepper realize he needs to stop inserting himself.
  9. What’s wild is Tepper wanted to break the mold with Bryce….but paired him with a head coach that runs the most vanilla, archaic passing offense. Break the mold with a cutting edge offense and pair it with Bryce.
  10. I would expect our team to look way better under different leadership. But none of that matters if Bryce continues to show no confidence.
