While I agree we are talking an 11 year age gap and a guy who has no injury history ACL surgery has come a long way and SVECHNIKOV is already at nine months post op he hasn't been rushed. I'm guessing he will be back Thursday.

As much as I hate to admit it the way we have been leaking grade A chances it's not a surprise our goalies have sucked. I think Aho/Svechnikov will be healthy soon ill hold judgment until we ice our bedt lineup

Exactly this isn't football they play an 82 game season a .500 start in 6 games with 5 on the road minus our two best players isn't anything to panic over!

Maybe if you are watching football. Hockey isn't football, I'm sure you don't even realize they have had losing streaks longer than this in the past 2 seasons. But yeah tell me you don't watch much hockey without telling me. But hey remind me how we should be doing without our two best players and #1G.

Defensive bright spot Slavin is still Slavin except he's been 1.16 PPG Slavin I think he's tired of hearing he doest provide enough offense to be a Norse contender! (if he keeps producing even half of this he should win hands down)

Personally I think the defense is being thrown off badly by lack of chemistry from the 11-7 crap... Aho has missed 3 games Svechnikov hasn't played yet our two best players both key two way guys (We are missing Aho badly on the PK) Jarvis is progressing nicely as a go to goal scorer, Necas is playing pretty well (which will improve when Svechnikov is back.) Honestly even if we don't have as good of a regular season as recent years I see this as our best shot at a Cup if we get the D settled Turbo is resurgent scoring, Jarvis appears to be breaking out, Slavins offensive skills seem to have caught up to his D. HEALTHY i don't think scoring will be an issue this season (playoffs) its all about settling the D down and I honestly refuse to believe this will be a season long problem.... the first 10 games of the year are odd for most NHL teams due to the way they use the preseason.

Massive reach 6 games in there... heck we've lost 6 strait in each of the past 2 seasons.
