Is it insane to think that in a free country people should be able to assess the risks of the virus to them and then choose how much they want to expose themselves/their family/ect. via their previously normal day to day activities? Isn't it a bit heavy-handed that government gets to choose who gets laid off and who is "essential"? And for the idiots who are going to come in with cool examples of government intervention in the name of public safety like the "seatbelt", please give me examples of where a mandatory seatbelt cost someone their livelihood.
