When will David Tepper have regrets about buying this team and sells it?

You really think as long as David Tepper is the owner, that we would hire any sort of competent GM or HC? LOL!!!!!!!! No buddy, with Tepper here making all the decisions, we will just fire Fitterer and make someone else that is totally unqualified to be the GM. Then we will of course keep Reich because Tepper is dumb and likely does not want to fire his soccer coach and NFL coach in the same year to avoid the media backlash. So we'll keep Reich out of spite. Then at the end of next year we'll fire Reich, but keep the same incompetent GM. See the trend?

I hate Tepper so much. I have dreams about Tepper selling the team. Then when I wake up and realize I am back in reality and that piece of poo still owns this team, I become depressed. The dreams in which Tepper is gone are the best I ever had. This franchise has been a joke since he took it over. He is the WORST sports owner of all time, of all sports teams combined. What did the Carolina Panthers do to deserve David Tepper as the owner? Why did the NFL reject Ben Navarro's bid to become owner? fug my life. And fug David Tepper.

I’m seeing a common sentiment, that Tepper is meddling in football decisions too much. What actual evidence is there of Tepper meddling in football decisions and not letting our staff do their jobs? Please provide your evidence below, as I’m genuinely curious.

We gave up so much and took the wrong QB. This team is a fuging joke. A laughing stock. This team is so bad that we are irrelevant. When you see articles or videos of "Worst NFL team in the league" the Panthers never make it onto that list -- Not because we aren't the worst (we are) but because we are so irrelevant no one thinks about this team.

fug Tepper. fug Frank Reich. fug Fitterer. fug Bryce. We clearly took the wrong QB and it's because of Tepper's dumbass thinking he knows football. This team will forever be abysmal while this fughead owns the team. Get used to YEARS of losing. We will never have a winning season under Tepper.

It's just speaking realistically at this point. Every week someone goes down. There is something wrong with the strength and conditioning coaches.

Tepper wanted Young. He needs to stop getting so involved. You already hired a coach and a GM already. it’s like hiring a personal chef but insisting you help them cook all the time and change their recipes.

We took the wrong QB. Young may be an average QB, but he will only be just that: Average. He is too small to be a NFL QB. He may have a "super computer" brain or whatever, but he lacks the physical attributes to play well in the NFL. Should have taken Stroud. This team fails again.

Honestly what GM will want to come to this team when we don't have a first rounder next year? That goes for a coach too (if Tepper fires Reich at the end of the year). No decent GM or coach will want to come to this franchise with no first round pick, a rookie QB struggling like hell, and holes all over the team. We're very undesirable right now.

No one is upset that he wants a winning team. It's about how Tepper is going about it though. Tepper is impatient and has a massive ego. He is desperately trying to make win now moves instead of just letting people rebuild this team over the next two to three years. Tepper has said he wants to win NOW. Winning takes some time. You need to build the team up through FA and draft and that takes some time. Having the right GM also helps a lot. Tepper is also an idiot and keeps hiring the wrong people which just makes it all worse. He needs to hire a competent football president who can then help find the next GM, and those two can work on finding the right coach. Tepper needs to just keep out of the football decisions and let the football people do their thing and build this team up. It takes time and apparently Tepper doesn't have patience.
