Gettledouch had some good stuff but handling of Norman and Smitty was terrible...led to 3 outta first 4 picks on DBs. Fitt is supposedly known for digging out great talent in mid late rounds of draft but not really seeing that come to fruition....

...After six years it should change to keep getting pounded. These have been lean years for us and its hard as hell to swallow.
