The problem is that he has absolutely no clue how to run a football organization and no respect for what was here before he got here.

If he had made the right decisions, we would see his "meddling" a lot differently. Look at Tom Dundon in Raleigh. He manages the team in a very similar way and no one has an issue with it. Why? Because he's not a moron.

My overall point is this: You can meddle or you can be a moron. But you CAN'T do both.

Snake is the right term but he and Tepper appear to be fug buddies so I expect no changes   I don’t even want Morgan kept because he and Tepper are pals 

if they do not clean house and bring in known competent people, it’s over for me  however the Panthers won’t miss me in any case. 

 

I mean dipper is a total dick but this guy has been advising him wrong for a long time and is the main reason we've spiraled since he took over... If dipper fired Reich for his body of work...he damn sure should put Fitt on a train outta here...

Its like dipper skipped steps 1-10 and went directly to step 11 in building this thing...never been a plan it seems. All that takes time and patients which we know he doesn't have... Pick a philosophy and be committed to it for 3 years.

Just ask yourself this:

If the HC, OC, GM, scouts, and Caldwell all liked Stroud more do you really think Tepper would have overruled all of them to take Bryce?  Makes no sense.

 

 

 

...I can't believe HC, OC, GM, scouts and Caldwell, with all their experience, would think Bryce was the pick...if so...maybe thats why dipper is so enraged...he sees in Bryce what we all see... thats the only thing i can buy. I dont underestimate dippers ego...
