Wondering why this took so long.
We have a rookie QB who is improving.

This. I can confirm he does not give a rats ass.
I was at the Seattle game sitting on the tunnel after that 8 false start performance and when I saw Campen walking into the tunnel, I looked him right in the eye and said 8 false start is way to fugging many, clean it up and get these guys right. He looked back over his shoulder at me and smiled, laughed and then shook his head.
He's a journeyman coach that got paid based on his seniority. He should've been canned with Rhule.
Players get paid and quit...why cant coaches...If my name was attached to this oline i'd be embarrassed af...

I heard him on WFNZ this morning. When asked if Campen can fix him he says there is only so much you can do in team practice. He said this requires a lot of individual technique coaching in the offseason which Ickey doesn’t seem to be investing his time in outside of the club. , and the club can do very little due to the CBA restrictions on offseason programs
sounds like more of a bust than a fix....

Maybe Campen got paid and he doesn't give a rats azz...

As we now know, first game as play caller, without any dangerous weapons on offense, and a rookie QB who can execute but has the worst OL in the league.
Impossible to judge him. As long as he's trying new poo, and keeping some run/pass balance, I'm good
you don't want 90% screens?...lol

It is what it is....i.e. John Fox...

Fitt needs to go before the weekend hits...under his guidance we have progressively gotten worse with him trading away record breaking talent. His pick at no. 6 is Icky seems to be a huge bust...maybe he can move to guard...but he has been getting steam rolled every game....which is why Bryce is struggling...Brass balls dave doesn't have the brass balls to hack him..or maybe its Nicole...which is a whole nother problem... This guy has done nothing to rebuild this team in 3 years which is why we are 3 years out in rebuilding....accept it, its where we are at...

....that first one was hard comin...i kinda miss the fk laced ream jobs by Rivera who looked so stoic on the sidelines ...

Jaylon Johnson and the Bears could not come to an agreement on a contract extension and his agent was told they can seek a trade. He is a true #1 corner and has had to cover #1 with an inferior pass rush the past few seasons. We obviously have corner issues here in Carolina. Right now Troy Hill and CJ Henderson are our starting Corners and Jaycee Horn is never available.
We lose both Troy Hill and Henderson at the end of the year to free agency as well.
I would make the pitch:
**Panthers get**
CB Jaylon Johnson
Chicago Bears 2nd round pick ( Currently 37 )
Chicago Beards 3rd round pick ( Currently 68 )
This would give Carolina picks 34, 37, 66 and 68.
**Bears get**
DE Brian Burns
We get a long term secondary player and some decent draft capital back after the trade up to get Young, and extend him for significantly cheaper than what Burns is going to get. Chicago gets the pass rushing DE they have been after and can sign him easily as they have the most cap space going into next season and the second most the year after that. I also think it makes sense for Chicago to trade Justin Fields right now ( I am not sure I believe his dislocated thumb can't grip a football this week ) and they already announced TBag is the starter this week. I think that is to give Tyson all the reps with the ones while they take offers for Justin so they can get some of this draft capital back.
Johnson is an 84.4 grade on PFF is thats your kind of thing. And he is doing this with no pass rush. Chicago is dead last with 10 sacks as a team. 5 lower than the next lowest team. Chicagos leading sack guy has 2 on the season.
Max fitt move...

Get ready because that is exactly what Bryce can do. See that ridiculous 30 yard Thielen pass this Sunday. Going to see a lot more of that as this kid gets comfortable
Its like all qbs...rapport with WR's...whos that on this team besides Thielen....Mingo and Chark need to help Bryce out and step up... Be nice if one of th 5 TE's could get open to help...Bryce will see the dudes getting open...Not sure how this is to gel but it needs to...

Samuel while not a #1 could be an interesting get for us. Pairing him with Bryce's out of pocket magic might be pretty dangerous.

We should just release this idiot. It's obvious he doesn't care at all about playing here and he fleeced the front office. Everything he does is just flat out bad and embarrassing. He cost us at least 2 games with his fumbles and he almost lost this game. Just release this clown.
Hard to find someone with ethics.... he gets 13 guaranteed ..25 for the contract....why would you study the play book...he nos hes washed and has nothing to prove...so...half ass it.

Damn. That may have been the worst put down I've ever seen on this site. Mean. Just mean. It's a calculated move to free up money and focus on FA because our next draft is going to be close to a non-factor. My other "fitt move" would be just take BPA in the second and NOT trade down to acquire more picks or trade away any players to acquire more picks.
sorry bro...lol...have some rep...

My strategy is addition by subtraction. We add two new FA edge rusher types to replace Burns and give Barno and yep DJ Johnson some reps and hope they develop. Use the extra monies to add a guard, sign our other FA's and be a player in the Tee Higgins sweepstakes.
sounds like a fitt move
