Him not getting a single interview for 2 years running is fuging insane

It was as close to a no brainer as it gets....Dipper was affiliated with  Pittsburgh, one of the greatest franchise ever and didn't learn a damn thing... its like he came from Cleveland and Jimmy Haslem and Dee is his model...but I think he will be worse.

I don't really disagree with the premise that Tepper took the franchise and broke the whole damn thing.  The results are there.

I understand that new owners want their own guys.  I understand that there's always growing pains when you transition to a new leadership structure.  The problem is that Tepper tried to run a NFL team like his business.  The NFL doesn't work that way.  There's more than a fair share of luck in the NFL.  Every contract and draft pick is a gamble.

So we're here.  Tepper needs to let Dan and Dave run this team for at least two seasons before he STARTS to make a judgement.  Tepper also needs to get his community affairs in order.  The Rock Hill thing is ugly.  He's a rich man, he should foot the bill.  Expecting entire communities that don't have your level of wealth to foot the bill is just plain greedy and mean.  Good business, but not a great look.

There's still a long way to go as far as the Panthers, Tepper, and the community.  Tepper needs to fix it all, and part of that is by disappearing and doing good.

Dipper came in like he was this big brains surgeon when in reality all he turned out to be was a stir cook....

He was sucking way before they had 40 points.  Also the oline was average at worst and most of the wr had above average separation, sooo if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

Bryce is to quarterbacking what Dipper is to ownership.....

He's looked like he's checked out since Week 1 against Atlanta last year.

Totally... hes still a kid...and can't handle it. From what I believe... hes been coddled all his life. And I get that...but these are real bullets

He should have been working a couple of hours at least, daily, to rehab his mechanics. Take your few weeks to chill and get to work.

Maybe he did, but I don't have any reports to go by that say he did. Which would be nice. I think from watching him, I am gonna guess he did not do that.

It is what will most hold him back, not other players.

The locker room takes on the persona of your leader...its only going to go down hill from here...if, you can imagine that...

After this week, our schedule has some teams that are underperforming/with big question marks.

Raiders, Bengals, Bears, Falcons & Commanders.  If we lose through that and he's 2-21 on his career, and we're 0-7, it could very well be the lowest this franchise has ever been.

Every one of those teams will pummel us...

  7. I mean if you are tasked with being a franchise QB coming off a horrendous 2023 and did sht in the offseason....I have to question his dedication. I know there was a thread about that but still not sure what actual work he put in... I think hes accepted his fate and doesn't have any dawg in him... he shoulda been working on his craft but I don't see any evidence of that. All I really know about him is this gimpy pic on the right of these threads...pretending to be a QB...
