Glad dipper had the balls to pull the plug on Reich...thats a blow to his ego for sure....but he needs to finish the job and run fitt the fk outta town. ...dipper thinks we are ready to win and contend now ignoring the depleted talent. He will not have the patience to rebuild the right way which would be about 2 to 3 year endeavor.
