Yea...I wasn't happy with the trade and kinda judged too harshly. Thought he jumped too early but Burns absolutely had to go. He was a malcontent and think his attitude was really bad for the locker room. Just had to rip the band aid off.

Carolina re-signed Thomas on a three-year, $16.9 million deal in February of 2022. As he did in the second season of that pact in 2023, Thomas will likely be taking a pay cut to stick around for the 2024 campaign. Pretty much worthless....Hasn't really contributed sht.
