After the Raiders replaced Josh with Pierce Jr, they won 2 straight by overachieving for their HC. Same with the Texans for DeMeco. What?!? Wilks has motivated this team which includes Sam D to win games during his interim like DeMeco has been doing. The key is motivating our players that i have come to realized. If Tepper doesn't its all about players responding to the HC over schemes guys who should NEVER be HC like Josh McDaniel cause he says umm every other word when trying to motivate players. Bring Wilks back and watch our players respond to him for him like they play hard for DeMeco and Pierce which works!!!!

Josh should be fired just for convincing the owner to signed Jimmy G a 75 million contract so he can say baby every he's in the huddle like "this is our next play call baby" and then he his arm fails him cause he's not a good passer. Both Bryce and CJ would own JG in the accuracy competition without even trying and they don't say baby all the time...

He also wants a Jon Gruden like contract so that alone is reason enough to not hire him besides the current cheating scandal.

Wilks! We need to motivate our players like last season once Wilks took over. I don't want Reich fired but if Tepper fires him, he should bring Wilks back cause he wins!!!

We do not have any receivers on the roster with breakaway speed. The defenders can keep up with all of our guys without breaking a sweat. If KC cut Sky Moore, we should pick him up since they have Rice now to replace him.

Always love the Thomas Brown Effect and this is a good one that Bryce is improving week by week with the schemes we the coaching staff is running. Still need a deep threat however to spread the field better otherwise the defenders would box everyone with those short routes.

He really needs to stay on the sideline motivating his players as they pass him. That alone can have a big impact like yesterday. If Wilks was up in the booth as an interim HC for us last season, i am willing to bet we would not have won those games. I think we should bring him back if they do fire Reich. Not just the Texans but even contenders wanted Bryce. That's why the Panthers traded up cause so many teams wanted him so they can't all be wrong. We just don't have any playmakers for Bryce to pass to since it was used to trade up.
