  1. Now this is COMPLETELY agree with. I wondered that week as well why we could not just use it as an evaluation game and work in every bit of practice squad talent and talent that has sat the bench while resting some important starters to avoid injury risk. It would have done nothing but help. This is not tanking at all as we are trying to win and evaluate what we have on the roster in actual games with live bullets flying
  2. It's all hindsight in the end and what player on the team is ACTUALLY going to try to screw up and tank so that he can be judged for it and cut after the season? The whole idea of successful tanking is ridiculous. There were goof balls on here wanting us to tank two games into the season last year as I remember reading it and wondering how mentally challenged they actually were. How in the absolute hell would ANY player or coach agree to this knowing his job will most likely be gone after his intentional abysmal play or coaching on the field? The whole idea is ridiculous.
  3. They sell pills that supposedly put length on someone's johnson so they should have a pill or two out there that would put height on someone's body to "bulk them up" a bit I suppose.
  4. More Greg Hardy weirdness is all I guess. He has a wacky personality, if he could cut the cursing down he could probably host a tv show and win a third successful career.
  5. It's the off-season and he is a former player. It's just news and carrying on conversation. If you don't like it, you didn't have to even click on it did you?
  6. Seemed to be a nice guy, I hope he succeeds there. If he can anywhere it will be there.
  7. He sounds like worth a try out to me! How about that running back from the XFL? We need more RB depth!
  8. Need to see what the guy has in him before casting him away. He had one preseason with limited snaps playing with non starters and coached by the biggest dumbbell in the history of modern day football. Give him a season or two and see what this competent staff can develop him into. He is mad yes but he will get over it and who knows could turn into something. When I start to get irritated at him for what he posted, I try to remember that if I were in his shoes I would probably be pissed as well and wishing I was somewhere else so I can't fault him too much. To top that off he is probably what, 23 04 2r years old? I had attitude myself at that age as im sure many others did. Im just saying that he should be held onto for a little while as you never know if we may need him but you also never know if we may be able to develop him with good coaching and even get something decent for him if Bryce develops into what he should.
  9. This whole thread reading the original poster's thoughts and another or two people's make me wonder why some even follow or support this team? Why even bother when something that is supposed to be enjoyment turns into something so negative?
  10. I would have to say good. Who knows, maybe he can build on good and become great. He keeps showing steady improvement each season and I really like that aspect.
  11. Two names I did not think would ever make that list when they were drafted was Chase Young and Mekhi Becton
  12. So, literally you prefer to be pessimistic and negative about the team each year? Why even watch if that's how you feel? Just feels depressing to even be a fan. Being a fan is something that is supposed to bring you joy away from the stresses of real life. Why on earth would anyone want to let an enjoyment turn into something that pulls them down even when their team has had a solid off season and shows promise with a good coach that has a fully working brain unlike Rhule and a young QB who yes is small but if he can maintain health has all the makings of a franchise leader. It is no good to walk though life overly confident but why walk through life so negative and down on something that is supposed to bring you fun, an escape and enjoyment?
  13. Its pretty normal. One or two of their fans have lived on this board for years. Its always good to have a few of our "secret agent trolls" on theirs.
  14. Not really surprised by this news as he hasn't made much of an impact since being with us unfortunately. I was hopeful myself but seems like the staff is getting close to giving up.
  15. Not to worry, Mingo is going to be a rookie man child beast I have a feeling. Josh Vann, the undrafted rookie will be a solid returner and also prove his worth as a receiver and that is just the rookies. I have a feeling that the guys we already have will gel together and WR will be filled with production and depth. Call me crazy but I feel this is going to be a ridiculous strength for us.
  16. I think he had some sarcasm in his statement
  17. Absolutely awful to read this. I am so very sorry. Losing a child has to be so hard. In my prayers all the way.
  18. I sure would inquire then. Who knows, maybe we could get him for something less than high cost in terms of draft picks. Worth a shot and if he avoids the injury bug maybe he captures some magic again.
  19. Bryce wasn't my first QB choice due to his size but at this point why dont we get behind him and support him? No, he is not going to be moving any piles but there are other ways and I have a feeling a power back is coming to us in some way whether it be immediately or later on by training camp in a trade or other teams release.
  20. Im guessing we are looking for a power back or FB type. May take as long as others teams cuts before we pick one up but im willing to bet we do.
  21. Watching that interview in the middle video, all I can say is what a nice, humble and good guy he is. He was not my first choice due to fear of his size but he sure is now that he is our QB. You cant help but get behind and root for his success. Possibly one of the most well rounded and intelligent players I have ever heard speak. He was not my number one choice at first but I am now a fan and so want to see this young man successful.
  22. Is Chase Young available? How has his career started so far? He seemed like he had a bright future at first? If he still has all that potential and is available for trade I would look into that immediately.
