Tag and trade him if we can get anything worthwhile. He is decent but he isn't anywhere near top of the league and does not deserve top of the league money. If someone else wants to pay him that then trade and unload him like last nights overly spicy dinner after having 3 cups of coffee and a bran muffin.

Did the wide receivers magically get good?
Ricky Prickles replied to RumHam's topic in Carolina Panthers
I hope he doesnt have TMJ's heart or edge about him. If he inherited TMJ's heart there will definitely be trouble. If he has heart and willing to put some work in all I can hope is that he improves. -
He hasn't had "elite" NFL coaching yet so there's that. If I had to answer that question I would say having hope. Hope that we may get some good coaching and see a little consistent improvement in many aspects out if the rookie is so much better than being so god damn negative all the time if you know what I mean. Today at least have some element of hope. I realize it hurts our doom and gloomers in their world of constant "I told you so it's all poo" mindset but God damn it's gets so tiring to feel that way all the damn time and that's they way it's felt all season. I would rather see some potential for some positive if some correct moves are made instead of sitting around with the "I told you so" crowd all off season being so negative all the damn time. That shits infests a soul and is proven to make us more susceptible to sickness, cancer, other health problems and even digging early on set dementia and other mental health issues. Call it head buried in the sand if you like because it simply ain't. It's being a realist and knowing Bryce has a long way to go in order to be worth where we drafted him but it's a glimmer of hope and it's something we have needed so why the hell can't we just enjoy it while hoping it's long-term and not short term? We can either just give up and say "Oh he has had great coaching all his life so it won't do any good" and go ahead and wave the white flag or we can realize "Yep, but he sure as hell ain't had good NFL coaching yet so let's see what fighting happens before being negative 10% of the time about ever god damn thing known to man when Bryce's name is brought up". His story is not written fully yet and like it or not he will be getting next season to prove it. Hopefully he can prove it with good coaching behind him in the NFL for once.

SB50 Levels of Bad Officiating
Ricky Prickles replied to SteveSmithTD89's topic in Carolina Panthers
I can't stand NFL refs. They are some of the biggest trash bags in pro sports. I see signs every season that the NFL is attempted to be fixed to a degree and it's pathetic. I would love to see some major evidence proven and some of those involves sent to prison. -

Hoping it's rookie issues and hoping that will improve some next season. -

Why do you have to have your account deleted to leave? Just walk away if you want to leave. I've left plenty of message boards over the years when I became tired of the subject at hand. The account is still active I'm sure but didn't desire to log in. You don't have to have a dramatic exist where your account is disabled. Just walk away if you hate the team that bad. Many of us are fed the hell up with bad coaching, bad play and bad ownership but we still desire to hang in there hoping for better days. You just sound sick of everything and like a new team is your ideal destination. Lots of good teams to pick from currently. I've been enjoying following the Lions this season and am hoping to see them do something in the playoffs myself but at the start of next season my heart will again be following the Panthers and hoping we see them begin a climb back to some winning ways. At no time still though do I desire to leave them team forever ane no longer be a fan though. You are in a different place and just sound done with it all forever so I would just leave and simply never log in again if you feel that strongly. -

Yep and he's a rookie. Let's see what happens with a decent coach and next season. He has taken at least one small step forward the past couple weeks much to the dismay of the midget haters. I have not supported or hated him but I will say some of these double chinned fat asses on this board seem to get their jollies taking a dump on him I guess so they can pound their fat flabby chests and say "told you so". All I'm saying is maybe we were wrong and he has some glimmer of hope of developing and some of our board know it alls could be wrong as much as it may pain their lumpy butts to admit. Some would rather see him fail than our team succeed. -

It's worth a shot to find out. If he flames next season then he leads us to a high pick and his replacement. If not and he develops then we just found a QB -

Don't get your hopes up but regardless he will get next season to prove himself as well. We are just going to have to get used to it and support at least next season instead of try to take a poo on the guy with every single word that comes out our mouths. -

No he doesn't have good weapons but he showed today he has hope. Get that dude an offensive line that can actually half way block and some receivers that want to show up each week to play and some good coaching backing him up and let's see what he can do next season. I'm not ready to give up on him after what I saw today. He looked like a rookie who is learning but who will develop into a team leader. -
Bryce Young was not the problem today why we lost and he looked VERY competent. His O-Line is a joke though. I'm not ready to give up on him yet. I want to see what he could do with receivers who show up and want to play like today, an O-Line that's even partially worth a poo and some good coaching backing him up.

Panthers Unlikely to Pursue Harbaugh
Ricky Prickles replied to kungfoodude's topic in Carolina Panthers
If he is available and willing to talk we should go for him. If he wants to stay where he is even after Daddy Tepp. shows him the money then I guess we have no choice but to seek help elsewhere. Maybe that Ben Johnson guy will be interested and turn out to be worth a poo, who knows. I still feel as if Daddy Tepp. should be bugging the piss out of Harbaugh to make sure no stone is unturned. If he has to he ought to show up in Michigan and drink some milk with him to see if they could have a meeting of the minds. And leave Nicole at home. -
He is not top 3 and not worth top 3 money that it appears he wants. Save that money and resign Brown and Luvu who are two guys that deserve a long term deal. At this point since we didn't trade him back when the two firsts were offered we could be lucky to do a sign and trade and get anything at all for him.

Would be interesting none the less. Im sentimental and these three mentioned (Cam,Olsen,Luke) all were passionate Panthers and played with heart unlike any of these numbskulls we currently have on the roster could ever even come close to dreaming of. I used to be emotionally tied to those guys and so many other Panther legends but these days I dont see anybody around I have any care for other than Derrick Brown. Something about him reminds me of an old school Panthers legend. Other than him this organization from top to bottom has zero personality. I guess my sentimental idea behind Panthers legends like them in power would be knowing how much heart and soul they played with and figuring how much heart and soul they would now coach with and lead presidential decisions with. I feel like their hearts alone wou,d make up for inexperience and force them to put extras hours in to not only catch up to their peers but pass them up.
-
Do we really have to pay him 30 million a season? At this point since we were too foolish to trade him for those two firsts couldn't we just let him walk and use that money savings on longer term contracts for Derrick Brown and Frankie Luvu? Those two guys look as if they still want to play and they both consistently show up anyhow.
