  1. Wasnt Doug Marone hired just after he was fired. It appears its going pretty okay for Philly with him. Sometimes coaches gain another level of knowledge they can utilize after being fired. Im not saying if Matt Rhule were rehired by another NFL team that it would go well as he is just a complete doofus but with some coaching minds it works out well like Marone.
  2. I don't think its necessarily anybody making a big deal about it other than general disappointment that we werent the ones who drafted either whomhave all the makings of QB's who could turn out very good and at least are still with their drafted teams and not cut looking for another team.
  3. Im not sold on any first or second year player at all but he seems to have the traits of what it takes and a small successful sample size of work at least
  4. They did all that but ended up with who will probably turn into a hell of a starter and QB in Mr. Irrelevant Brock Purdy.
  5. I don't know why people are crapping your post. I mean, it's true we could have had Howell instead and saved that third rounder.
  6. Cue the space jam main title music in celebration! EDIT: It sucks for him and his job status but good for any QB's health unfortunately.
  7. Is that really his rating? Thats a decent rating if so!
  8. Okay guys, if keeping three QB's would anyone move on from Corral to sign Grier or Zappe?
  9. You just made me hungry for a steak and cheese dammit
  10. Okay I will make it an opinion statement. If the Panthers are keeping three QB's would you move Corral to sign Zappe?
  11. I still think its bad attitude. He got paid and relaxed and didnt seem to give a rats ass any longer
  12. I thought that is the whole reason we signed him instead of just signing back Foreman? I saw others on here say he would be so much better in the receiving game than Foreman.
  13. Oh odds are totally against him staying healthy and I was trying to send good vibes that way but if I had to bet significant money on it I would have to go with not playing a full season and having some sort of injury that holds him out significant time unfortunately.
  14. Fair enough and would have to agree with you on that
  15. I think it comes down to piss poor attitude, piss poor effort and what appears to unfortunately be very low intelligence judging by some of his interviews.
  16. Yeah that has to feel awful to get that good feeling of making the team and then all of a sudden get a pink slip right after.
  17. I want to be optimistic and hope he is back in the lineup soon and remains relatively injury free this year.
  18. He wasnt that expensive and I dont see anywhere that he was signed to be a number 1 unless I missed it?
  19. Thats true. Never gave him a thought but I would be surprised if he was cut this young into his career yet also surprised if he is kept due to the lack of impact he has made. I wish he could put it all together and figure it out. Coming out of college I thought we hit on something good with him.
  20. He definitely has a skill set. Granted it is not coaching but that guy could be a sleazy salesman of just about anything and make a fortune it seems.
  21. Damn right, Rhule seriously screwed him. Was that goof ball proficient at anything at all other than making piss poor decisions?
  22. Pick one surprise cut and list them. Lets see who is right. Mine would have been Corral but with how down on him everyone has been I no longer think if he is cut that it will be a surprise. I still think we should hold onto him one more season to see what he can develop into with good coaching. Who knows, maybe he could develop into a tradeable future draft pick for some team looking for unproven yet promising or at least a youthful career backup to be able to relay on should one ever be needed.
