Going to have to agree with you here as it doesnt look like Bryce spent much time if any in the weight room unfortunately. Not trying to make fun or be mean here but someone smaller in stature could benefit a great deal from a little bit of a workout regiment if not for anything else to get a little more strength, speed and zip behind his passes combined with a little more mass to protect better against when your O-line is utter dog crap.

Do not want him. The game has passed him by. If almost everyone here can see that, Tepper or someone close to him in the organization who advises him should easily be able to see that and let him know.

The key operative word here being "seems". He in fact does seem to be a nice guy. I haven't met him and do not know but I believe anybody would agree that he seems to be a nice guy judging by what we see of him in interviews and such. That could be entirely wrong but he doesn't come off as fake or a brat and most definitely seems to be a nice guy if I'm going to give him credit for anything since I can't give him much credit for his quarterbacking

He seems to be a nice guy so its a shame he just doesn't do this NFL football QB thing very good at this point. Do I think suddenly a light will come on next year and he will be a regular Drew Brees? Unfortunately as much as I hate to admit, nope not at all. Being a nice guy just doesn't seem to have much affect on NFL QB skills.

It's a shame Steve had to show some attitude each time especially to the kids. That's a real bummer to hear of him blowing off kids and not answering a couple questions to make their day and their eyes light up since of course they obviously were fans of his. I realize a well known athlete likes their alone time and quiet time but it's a trade off being a well known NFL player and also something one would think to practice good manners at least for the kids. Even your comment to him that he was most definitely missed could have followed by simply saying "thank you" and moving on. It took more effort to basically tell you it's a private club and not for fans than to just say thanks and move on. I must have caught him in a rare good mood for him to even say something back when I made small talk for a brief second.

I met him in the gym one afternoon years ago in the offseason. He didn't really have attitude but also seemed pretty shy. It was a conversation in passing at the front desk so there was not much depth to it. How did your interactions go?

Mingo is a rookie and hasnt looked like rookie Jamar Chase but been decent on this crap team. Young I cant say the same for but Mingo is far from a bust.

Its still not bandwagon. 27 years is not bandwagon. Could one call him a quitter? Yes. Even that though I would be had pressed o insult him after what appears to be him flying around the world to attend games REGULARLY. Who among us can say they flew around the world REGULARLY to attend games? Not drove a few hours or flew in once in a while but flew around the world on a regular basis to attend games. Its at least impressive so it would be hard for me to even call him a quitter. I owuld have to tell him to take a break for the rest of the season and see how he fells next season.

Where's the guy at who comes into every Harbaugh thread that says "I would never hire him because he cheated on stealing peoples signals blah blah blah" acting as if cheating isn't rampant throughout college and pro sports anyhow.

Bryce sucks this year along with the entire rest of the offense. If he had an O-line I believe he would look some better but still not very solid. He most definitely needs another year under some actual decent NFL caliber coaches but if he looks exact same next year we should be looking to move on. He should have at least shown some type of improvement this season all along but haven't seen much and not like he is able to get any blocking anyhow from the scrubs upfront. He occasionally gets time but it's a rare occurrence. Even with this crap group of lineman that block on a middle school level I still expect him to show some improvement as most any QB could but Bryce most of the season has seemed very resistant to aggressively push the ball down field and take shots. I don't think he has much confidence in himself unfortunately. I don't know what his deal is but he really needs a more aggressive mindset and attitude or more belief in himself to take some shots or anything at all. It's just weird but he doesn't seem to have the attitude, chip on his shoulder or mindset to be an NFL QB and I certainly hope that changes but I worry it never will. Not ready to completely give up on him but he MUST show improvement the rest of the way and needs to look night and day next season.
