Who cares, fug them all except for just a few like Brown, our punter, long snapper, Moton, and maybe one or at most two more but fug all the rest of these guys and their minimal ass effort.

What in the absolute fug would he want to do that for? Why? Does he not have any kids? He has pulled a TON of BS that has made me think he is a real jerk but this is beyond shitty to the kids! Why? What a first class prick he is! Fug him!

He seems like a nice guy but unfortunately that does not win games or totally make a successful QB. He has I believe one solid game this season where he threw two TD passes a few games ago and that's about it. I saw nothing that would make me think first overall pick. He needs a good coach and some help on offense including a better line but if it's the same thing next season then it's time to give up and move on. He better make HUGE strides in the offseason as every first and second round QB showed more flashes than him. I dare say he is probably closer to the bottom of all rookie QB's this season in terms of what he did and showed. Maybe not the absolute bottom but I feel like he was definitely down near the bottom. It's pretty disappointing but he either has to make MAJOR strides next season or he needs to go simple as that.

He did, but didnt look as elite as some other games ive seen of his. He looked good no doubt but my point was even when he doesnt look all world he still looks so much better than anything we have seen in a very long time. His bad day is almost to the point of us not even seeing it on our best QB days.

I realize its not good to compare but when I compare Brian Burns in my head to some of our former stars, I cant see him beating any of them out for a starting spot. Those guys were true bad asses and game changers. I miss our old school players. They would kick the crap out of our guys of today. Even our QB was an old school cannon armed big bruising truck who would bang heads with the biggest of defenders with no fear. They were all tough and nasty. Our guys today seem so weak, delicate, small, frail and easily thrown off their game mentally with minimal effort put in. Sad to think about how much I miss that old team.

Stroud didnt look superstar yesterday but even his not superstar days for the most part look good. God I want that at WB for us so badly. I want us to consistently pass for 250+ yards per game at will and see multiple TD passes thrown per game. If you have a good RB, I bet it pens up running room for him and all of a sudden your ground game starts looking good as well.

This. We had players who had character and personality and you knew they were giving 100% regardless. They would fight till the end and wouldnt give up. We have no character today, no personality and unfortunately I get the impression we have some guys just collecting paychecks and going through the motions.

Enough with the pillows and hicky stuff. It just isn't going to catch on it appears. Plenty of potential trends just haven't caught on as well as the Chia Pet, Furbies, The Fresh Prince Of Belair and MC Hammer pants. What you have here are two names that really don't fit. There have been many other NFL teams hire this same search firm to assist in finding their NFL HC. Doesn't mean they make all final decisions but they assist. What is it that you want exactly? Do you want Tepper just doing it himself again to fug that up for the third time in a row?

Thats good as it means Nicole may not have any input on new head coach. Now if Tepper will just get his drunk drink throwing ass out the way we may get a decent hire if any good coach has any desire to come here. On a side note, I would consider Dan Morgan to replace Fitt. but also interview many others as well. Not Tepper interview but someone with actual football knowledge and a football brain interview new GM candidates. Remember when Dan Morgan was here and a few board big mouths had to become key board warriors and say rude poo things to him that their obnoxious chunky butts wouldn't have the courage to say to his face so he left? At the rate we are going I would consider a consistent winner to even be .500 on the season two years in a row. What can i say, my expectations are low from watching the poo show we have watched for so long

We will both support and im sure shake our heads in disappointment until we see a consistent winner again and some sort of competence in coaching and ownership but regardless yes Tepp is by all means a low character A-hole.

Bottom line we can agree on is he is NOT a good QB right now and it either has to change or we need a new one
