We didnt draft Coker but we got him here in camp over others so he counts. He came here and didnt go elsewhere. He counts

Agreed. That old saying of "We beat ourselves" or "We gave that game away" to me has always been BS. Its the nice sounding way of being in denial and not accepting that the other team just plain out won and beat them while being the better team that day.

Can We Not Over React to This One Game??
Ricky Prickles replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
Isn't that Gippeto? I don't think he is a total Bryce stand but even if so, that is one. There just aren't many of those like it or not. I'm not sure if its the same guy but someone on here is forever saying those exact words calling out so many "Bryce stands" but where the hell are they? There just are not that many if any. -

Perhaps I'm just dumb but I don't see one Bryce stand. I see some people saying he played better than usual which is true but still doesn't cut it long term and he would have to step it up further to be the guy moving forward. I think where you are mistaken is where people are saying he deserves some more games to see what he can do. I can go along with that idea because it's a throw away season where we have to see what we have form many players. We invested way too much to get Bryce so here in the second half of the season we might as well give him his last go at it and see if he can improve week by week while showing he has the mindset and aggressive downfield attack he needs to have if he wants to start next season. Will be be able to? I seriously doubt it but we might as well with nothing to lose this season and if he underperforms as I believe he will then trade him for whatever we can in the off-season and move on. -
Reich didn't give a flying dick when he was coaching here. I think people are so down on him because he didn't even want to be here and showed weekly how much he actually gave a damn.

It's a throw away year so might as well start him. People keep saying "his trade value before the deadline" but from what I was told by huddle armchair experts is he can't be traded this year due to the cap hit so no reason even hoping to trade him by the deadline and best case scenario is trade him by the off-season

He looked somewhat improved a little today but my God, the bar was so low for him after all the turds he has laid on the field that even looking minimally better makes him look hall of fame. I honestly don't think he could have looked much worse in his career leading up to this game so any ever so slight improvement will make him look better. Unfortunately he still does not look NFL starter worthy but now I'm curious to see what he looks like a couple more games just for fun so he should play against the shirt Giants and then play some in the gauntlet we have coming up of decent teams also. I don't suspect he ever looks like a star but maybe we will see minimal improvement which could make his trade value go up in the off-season

That's actually a good franchise to invest in. They are overpriced as hell these days yet still being the customers in. Damn good cheeseburger for sure but their prices have gotten higher than giraffe vagina currently

I don't yet support or dislike Morgan as GM and it doesn't have to be all in or all out here. Morgan has made some decent moves and some I question. Giving him credit for some decent moves doesn't necessarily mean sucking him off. I don't know what I think of him yet but I'm not going to trash his every move he makes just because I don't like the guy for some odd reason or because he worked under Fitt. He is here and probably for a bit whether anybody on this message board likes it or not.

I will get with the OP's people and make sure he runs all posts by you next time for approval before posting if that works sir

Im not for or against Dan Morgan yet but you are not gifted anything in the NFL. A team either wins the game or loses the game.

Congratulations to former Panthers RB Deshaun Foster

That's because Coach Prime has made himself very unlikeable as a person over the years by his own actions but I wasn't aware Rhule even had one single fanboy? Who the hell is a fanboy of Rhule and my other question is why would someone be? He is as unlikeable as Deion but just in another completely different way. We still need to hire Rhule's wife as a scout though since she is responsible for picking Chuba. The lady could probably scout better than most of our current and past scouts. -
The only thing I'm sure of when I see Bryce is that he does not physically look like an NFL QB and his skill set does not either. All of that combined with his lack of leadership qualities, from what I read if true his lack of working out and working hard in the off-season and his what appears to be very delicate mind all do not show any signs of an NFL QB. I simply do not feel as if anyone on planet earth could develop Bryce to be a successful NFL QB unfortunately. I would love to be proven wrong or it be the opposite but Bryce literally does not even look like he belongs on an NFL practice squad. Poor guy seems like a nice fella you wouldn't mind your daughter dating but he just doesn't appear to have anything about him that belongs in the NFL. Heart and desire and that fire inside can carry someone to greatness in any goal they have but Bryce does not show that fire and for someone as small and weak as Bryce appears to be, he would have to have a Steve Smith level of nastiness and fire inside to even have a chance at anything in the NFL. It's just not there though unfortunately. I don't see a nastiness or a fire inside him.

Depends on if daddy will allow it. Raiders will have to check with pops first to seek approval and suck him off a few times to even get consideration.

Chase Daniels breaks down Bryce vs DEN
Ricky Prickles replied to ChuckWag78's topic in Carolina Panthers
Brees was slightly taller. Those few inches should make a huge difference. Brees is like 6'0 and I don't believe Bryce Young is actually 5'10. I think he is 5'9 at the very tallest. Brees was way stronger in his playing days. He worked out regularly and trained hard. Though not a huge guy, Brees had much more strength and power than Bryce. I don't even think Bryce truly works out. Brees had better throwing mechanics by far, .much stronger arm, much higher football IQ and is a hall of fame QB and one of the best to ever throw the football. Brees also had leadership qualities and could command an offense out on the field. Brees had/had pretty much every single characteristic better than Bryce physically and mentally as well as a much better foot ball mind for the NFL. I personally can't find much to compare Bryce to Drew Brees. I wish it were a different fact if reality but most quality NFL QB's can occasionally make some chicken salad out of chicken poo even if they are on a bad team but I have never seen Bryce once make any chicken salad and it has best of times just been sub marginal on a good day (take out that packers game last year) with nothing else to go by. Even with as bad as things have been with the team, he just doesn't seem mentally, physically or emotionally capable of making any chicken salad ever. Great college QB but what a god awful NFL quarterback -
With the first pick, don't draft a QB? Draft a DE? C'mon!
Ricky Prickles replied to TD alt's topic in Carolina Panthers
I like him too and he is definitely worthy of a top pick but I personally just worry that we have nobody to throw him the ball. Bryce is incapable and Dalton is old and will be even older next season. If we go TMAC, then we must sign a proven vet QB. People may not like the idea but I like Jameis Winston for that role next season just because he can and will throw it all over the field. If he could get a d keep the ints down he would look very solid most games. -
Ozzie Newsome was a very good Hall of Fame tight end and was a hell of a good GM for the Ravens but I can't think of anyone else off hand. He is older now but a part of me wonders if he could be bribed out of retirement by Tepp to come help fix this team.

The passing yards at 191 are still a little high for Bryce regularly in every game though aren't they?

Hell, i'm so damaged in my brain by getting behind and having hope for Bryce when drafted even though concerned by his size the being hugely let down that any big QB now looks enticing to me to draft which I know isn't a good mindset

I have that as well and I'm pretty sure there is some psychological diagnosis that could be labeled on us for that just don't know what they call it....I just call it "Bryce Syndrome". It's almost like when you have gone without a woman in a while on a severe dry spell and the slutty ugly chick at the bar with chipped teeth who smells like wet dog that nobody wants to touch ends up looking like a perfect 10 and you take her home and think you just took home prime Jessica Alba.
