  2. Me with my personal trainer... We meet at 5:45 AM and work until 6:30 AM and then I'll be ready for work at 7..... I have not lifted weights regularly in nearly 5 months and yesterday pressed 225lbs 16 times just to try, have been doing massive cardio/circuit training along with core strengthening
  3. I have been working on the eliptic machine, I do a good amount of jump ropes which has been keeping my legs toned.
  4. 300-400 during a day using these bad boys along with 40min cardio and eating clean has gotten me the best results
  5. I have been continuing with cardio daily and a regimen of 300-400 pushups daily which I do in quick 25 bursts during commercial breaks on TV. Not there yet but definitely seeing differences
  6. Not finished yet but I use to weight 296 and am now down to 234 in 8 months. I do 30 min cardio daily, carb cycle for nutrition and do around 300-400 pushups daily as I do them in blocks of 25 during commercial breaks on TV
  7. I would say a nosebleed for this game will run you 1.5x face value... I would wait as close to kickoff as possible to hopefully get something near face.
