Cleveland figured out the recipe for beating SF, injure Deebo and CMC.

Browns giving SF all they could want.

If I'm Houston, I need to recognize Pierce just doesn't have it today, especially in the red zone. Singletary is having a better game. Settling for FG's when they should have TD's.
-
Slightly more difficult without Tank Dell.
-
PJ Walker playing valiantly against the 49ers.

Right? Most of us are ROOTING for him to succeed...even those of us who have been skeptical.
-
I can only view the gamecast, but I'm getting almost emotional seeing us actually run the ball.

Bad news is CJ Stroud threw his first pick. Good news for him, the dude fumbled it, gave it back to Houston and CJ threw a TD pass.

I mean, didn't we all suspect Chuba was gonna be more effective than Sanders after watching the first few games?

Barnwell: Panthers have the slowest WR routes in the NFL

Because knowing he plays somewhere else is painful. Lol -

I hate to say it, but I think Curtis Samuel would be perfect for Young's style of play. -
Makes you wonder why it took an injury to get him out of there.

ATL officially wins. Stroud played fine, but not great. Pierce struggled, which is surprising against the Falcons. Learning experience for Stroud. AR injured again. But that's what happens when a QB relies on his physicality.
-
Yeah, probably his worst game? Looks like a lot of misses to Woods especially. Not sure why because I can't see the game. Still, nice to see he can come from behind...even though ATL is gonna win, barring some TO.

Too bad Ridder's having his best game. Cutting through Houston's D like a hot knife through butter.
-
Colts are good no matter who is QB or RB.

Detroit does have maybe the best o-line in the NFL, but I'm warming to the idea of a Burns trade.

Trapasso: Young's first few starts are concerning
96Bravo replied to top dawg's topic in Carolina Panthers
Believe me, I'm wishing we didn't trade away all those assets for #1 now. We might have been able to trade to get #3 (like Houston did) and keep DJ. But even thinking about it makes me sick. -

I went back to some Alabama tape. I think we need weapons who can get themselves open underneath. BY loves to throw underneath. His best deep passes are down the middle. I think maybe one burner WR for go routes, but otherwise we need guys who can get open really quick inside and produce some YAC. Really miss Curtis Samuel, tbh. -
To be fair, a lot of people here claimed he didn't have great receivers at Alabama, but performed well.
-
If things get worse for Chase Claypool in Chicago, might he become available? I think he can be a great receiver but clearly not connecting with Fields.

Ah yes, GW...once again, you mischaracterize me. I am not a fan of Darnold. I didn't want him 2 years ago. I just merely presented a fact that the team had a winning record under he and Wilks last year. But facts are very inconvenient to you GW. Frankly, I grow weary of arguing with someone who has so little credibility, based on how wrong you've been. And the fact you keep making wrong assumptions about me.
-
I think you have me confused with someone else. I have no idea if play calling is the problem. Nor do I know anything about Wilks' time with the Cards. I do know last season, we had a winning record with Wilks and Darnold. 2 years of futility, frankly, ended when Wilks took over. But that means NOTHING to you. So you, GW, would also be a terrible owner.
