Yeah yeah yeah. If not for the tuck rule Brady wouldn’t have been the best qb. Can’t change the outcome. And the clip shows more than 2 passes over 10 yards. Idk what game you watched.

Passing yards are misleading. We are a ball control, run first team so we won’t have high passing yards. Some of those teams are always playing from behind which increases passing yardage.

No, it was a response regarding patience for xl vs bryce. 448 yards bought bryce some patience. Receiving equivalent would be 200 yards.

We’d have more patience if he had a few 150 yard games or a 200 + yard game. Bryce has had some elite games unlike XL. I still believe XL can be a major contributor.

In theory, yes, NFL qbs are supposed to make them. In reality, not many would complete it, let alone attempt that pass.

He doesn’t have to be a guaranteed starter for the entire year. We can bring in an adequate backup to put pressure on him. He has shown progression each year. I expect even better next season.

Nobody in the market will be better than Bryce Young. Management will not want another Mayfield/Darnold situation. 5th year option is low risk/high reward

We are not locking him this offseason. It really depends on next year. I am sure we’re picking up that 5th year option though unless he plays like year one Bryce to finish up the season.

I’d say he can be very elusive in the pocket, but I agree that being consistent is something he needs to work on. The Saints game is the perfect time to begin that consistency.

Was the final pass not nice/clutch? Was the tight window pass to Coker on 3rd down not nice?

So what? Tom Brady had a whole career with passes like that. If the opposing team can’t stop it, continue with it. When Cam was the qb, fans were begging for passing options around the LOS. It why CMC was drafted. Just give Bryce credit.
