    Did they pay a steep price to get AR at No 1? Yeah. But if they were worried that he wouldn’t absolutely be available at a lower pick, then jumping to get “the guy” is absolutely worth it. Is he going to be the pick? I doubt it. But if he is, then I’ll be all-in on it.

    Yep, same cause. My buddy avoided surgery the first go-round (aside from a feeding tube and IV access for chemo) but he’s preparing for a big surgery this time. And I know he’s scared (he and I are both nurses and have seen the aftermath of these neck dissections) but he’s a tough motherfuger and won’t ever give up.

    My best friend and fellow Panthers fan had a run-in with throat cancer two years ago and it was horrible to watch, even as a healthcare professional. And now he just found out it’s back….goddamn it. Wish him good luck, fellow fans, he’s going to need it.

    I agree. Something tells me it’s Richardson with Dalton letting him sit the first 8 games or so. I still think it’s Stroud, but the nagging feeling that it’s Richardson is growing stronger each day.

    5’11” 215# isn’t the same as 5’10” 195#. Russell is a lot more stout than Bryce. Bryce might be the guy but he’s not RW.

    He’s a JAG but he’s also just a stopgap to the Panthers next stud QB. Ok.

    Since it’s inception this team has had some great receiving TEs: Walls, Shockey, Olsen to name a few. But since Third Leg left it’s been a glaring weakness. Time to fix that, especially with whatever new gun they have behind center.
