    Bryce looked like he could be The Guy and that’s enough for me to be happy. He didn’t look inept, that’s for sure, which is more than we’ve had behind center in a few years. I’m willing to lose a few while he learns and gets some more weapons around him.

    I texted the same thing to my daughter this AM. I watched a shitty OL get Cam’s career derailed, and I hope history doesn’t repeat with BY. Yes, I know Cam’s game was different, but don’t tell me the Panthers ever put a premium on OL during his tenure here.

    It’ll be Young in Carolina but I’m not going to lie. I really want to see AR go to a team I don’t dislike so I can root for him as well. I think he will be a stud.

    Agree completely. I like what AR could be and what Stroud might be, but Young has me increasingly excited to see in action.

    I agree. But moving to #1 gets them “the guy” regardless of who that is. They don’t have to settle for anyone else. No matter who they pick, that’s the guy they really wanted and that’s enough for me, even if that ends up being a guy we think doesn’t deserve to be the top pick.
