Again this is the failings of an organization. You have Coaches, scouts with decades of experience. If their evaluation skills are so shallow they get tricked by a 21 year old and his handlers they deserve to be the worst franchise in the nfl.

This franchise is basically at the expansion franchise level with the only difference being the expansion team has draft picks and this one doesn't. So in reality this franchise will be behind the progression of a brand new franchise. Carolina for the foreseeable future is going to have its worst stretch ever and worst in the nfl. This time next year Young will already be benched and they'll be looking to move on from him. It's the worst franchise in the NFL now.

It's the systematic failure of a horrible organizations fault. This kid has proven at an extremely fast rate he's not nfl qb material. He lacks size, he lacks arm talent, he lacks speed, he lacks height, and he lacks what they said he had and that's processing. His pro day throwing was the least impressive of the big 3 on the board. They ignored it because of a nice dinner and a test that will now be a joke for years and years. This is all on the Tepper and his organization.

Bryce should've never been drafted at 1. He's proven already he lacks all the tools to be an adequate nfl qb. Picks like him are what horrible organizations make.

The reason he's not ready is because he's not an nfl qb. He lacks all the tools to even be a backup. This guy will be like JaMarcus Russell and out of the league quick. If they had a redraft right now he'd be an undrafted free agent.

But at least he's slow and small with a weak arm.

This season is over in terms of playoffs. No need to trade for a top wr. Just play from here on out and hope for weekly improvements.

This to put it lightly is a must win game in Youngs career. If Stroud dazzles and the Texans win this will bring on an implosion like no other time.
