Well if true that Tepper made the decision on Young then Reich is having to run this style of offense because he doesn't have a qb capable of anything else. This is an offense built for a physically limited qb. It's not a coincidence the only 300 plus passing yard game come from Dalton this year.

Reich isn't a young hc. He knows at this point he's is a dead man walking. He's getting a nice retirement package and this nightmare will be over soon. I'm sure all league personnel will be calling him about his experience and I'm sure he'll be telling them. I know he hasn't done the job we want but I honestly feel this staff got sabotaged with a qb they didn't want. He wanted a big arm qb that could make all the throws. He got an S2 savant instead whose test taking ability didn't translate remotely to the field. NFL is a qb league. The Panthers are still without one and without draft capital because an owner who knows nothing about fb calls all the shots.

Williams, Maye, Nix, jayden Daniels, spencer rattler. One of those elite prospects will be around when panthers get their first pick excluding Williams and Maye of course.

Say what you will but Wilkes coached to the strength of this team. Last year the oline was road graders. It was smash mouth fb. If not for a stupid penalty in Atlanta on DJ Moore this team would've hosted a playoff game. Under Wilkes Ikem looked liked an up and coming all pro. This year he looks like he'll be out of the league in 3 years. The running game was super efficient. Remember Detroit. Remember at Seattle. If they'd kept him and this system in place sure they wouldn't have serious contenders. They would however Been a playoff contender and also candidates for getting an NFL qb in this year's deep QB class. Now it's a crap show of crap shows.

Cam had more wow plays in the 1st quarter of his 1st game in the nfl than Young has had in over half a season. No exaggeration. That should tell you everything.

Tepper has always been good at stocks. He could make a profit on selling the Panthers right now. Please look at the Panthers like a stock and sale them.

There's not a worse pick for franchises than drafting a qb in rd 1 who cant play at this level. You can get away with a 5th rd guy on down who doesn't pan out. Young certainly is a 5th-7th talent.

It's so evident at this point. He's not a capable nfl qb. Even as a backup.

Youngs stats are so eerily similar every week. They've shown what he's capable of. Usually throws for under 180 yards. Usually throws interceptions. Never throws for over a 30 yard completion. Usually takes multiple sacks. He may be the most athletically limited qb ever chosen in the 1st rd of a nfl draft.

Stay away from the girls Bryce and work on football....

This team is trash in many areas. Qb is still the main area. Qb is the most important position on the field. In the NFL if you don't have one you're the Carolina panthers.

True. I disagree with Colin Cowherd many times but he's right when he says good organizations move on fast as possible from draft mistakes. I know Carolina isn't a "good organization " but if they don't this will be the results for the next several years.

As a gamecock fan I suggest if available when panthers pick draft Rattler. Guy has the most accurate arm and can sling it. Move on from this draft mistake quickly as possible.
